"Mom?" Lagoni mewed, looking up at his mother, Shatoshiba, with pleading eyes.
"Can you please tell me the story about you and dad?"
Shatoshiba hesitated. "Fine, fine.." She sighed, and began the story.
"I loved your father very much, one day, we found out I was expecting kits! It was amazing. When I had them, I name you, the orange Tom, Lagoni. The brown she-cat, Nigtishi, and your other lovely sister, Moonlit, was a silver tabby. Until.. One day. Your father was sick of me always having to go out in the forest, leaving him behind with the kits.
Until one day, I came back and.. And.. Nigtishi was dead! Fireragora had blood all over his paw. Moonlit was confused so she hid behind Fireragora.
He screeched: THATS WHAT YOU GET! I was so scared... I scooped you toward me, crying, shocked, and ran out the den, running 2 miles.... And I ended up here, digging a hollow den." Shatoshiba explained.
"So.. That's who killed Nigtishi...?! FATHER DID.?!" Lagoni cried out.
"I..I'm sorry. You told me to tell you," Shatoshiba hushed him.
Later, Lagoni cried himself to sleep, snuggling into Shatoshiba. She drifted to sleep as well.
