1: A Fresh Start

Aphmau's P.O.V

I'm Just entering the city of Phoenix Drop in my car as my favorite song starts playing through spotify, "yes!" I think as I start singing along with the tune as I'm driving along though the city outskirts and entering the jungle of big skyscrapers. I look behind me to check if the moving truck is behind me, But as I thought, Its nowhere to be seen, Probably stopping of at McDonalds somewhere along the road

The city looks amazing since I was here last, The skyscrapers look really huge and I can see the beach and Marina of to my left which looks gorgeous. "I have to go there sometime soon" I say out load and I pass a restaurant I remember going to with my parents a while ago when we used to visit here, It saddens me but I have to forget that, I moved here to get a fresh start and to leave behind all the sad memories I had in my last town. I open the window and smell the sea's fresh breeze as it glides along my face and through my hair. I stick my head back in my car before I crash it into the person in-front of me.

Also, I am able to save more money by coming here, And also quite honestly, I prefer my new house, It looks amazing and its said to be on one of the nicest neighborhoods in the city! The school is supposed to be really good as well, so honestly, I think this will be really good for me. I stop of at a Starbucks and quickly grab myself a hot chocolate and drive away, My cars sat nav tells me I'm 10 minuets to my new house so I stop of at a mall and decide to do a quick shop.

As I enter the first shop to my left is a Pet shop and I'm immediately drawn to the shop and as I walk inside I hear the noises of animals from left to right, I look around and I see Pets of all different kinds including birds, fish, cats, dogs, Gerbils, guinea pigs, Hamsters and Rabbits. I look at all of them and I walk around to the dog section where I see the cutest little Husky puppy ever, I am drawn to it letting out a "Awwwwwwww" as I crouch down to see it, It looks so happy to see me and I decide go to the till and ask how much it is. The elderly woman at the till comes with me and looks at it and tells me the price and a few other things about it and I don't know what came over me but I immediately say "I'm buying it" She chuckles and says "OK well need you to sign some paperwork and then come back for it in a few days." I agree and I sign the paperwork, and I'm lead into a small room where I play with her a bit and I decide to name her Celestia.

After the visit to the pet shop I take out my phone and realize I need a new watch as my old one broke a few days ago due to me accidentally going in the shower with it... Yea... I walk to the Watch store but decide to try something new instead so I head to the technology store instead. The door opens automatically and I'm greeted instantly by someone trying to sell me something. I decline and walk over to the smartwatch section. I look though them all and decide on a fitbit as I also want to go to the gym more and I don't like the other smartwatches that much either, It gives a modern feel and fits on my wrist comfortably.

After I paid for it I go and I bump into someone and they yell at me "Watch where your going dork, I hope you're not moving to Phoniness Drop High, You look like a potatoe. Stay away from us here, Your lonely by the looks of things, And who would want to be friends with you!" She snapped, and then laughed as I pick myself up of the floor and look at her and see she has lots of minions with her, I look at her and she is plastered with makeup, She looks about my age and I think to myself "well, school is going to be juuuust amazing with her." She also looks like she has the most expensive clothes on ever and she obviously thinks she is much better than everyone else. I see a small crowd of our people around my age have stopped to look what was going on. I then reply to her statement "Ha, and that's coming from someone so ugly they need to become made of makeup, I'm pretty sure you couldn't put on anymore even if you tried" I head "ooohhhs" from some of the crowd that had gathered and the girl looked at me with horror, I'm guessing people don't normally say things like that to her. She was about to say something when someone said "Michi, Cmon, do you need to be like this out of school too, to students that haven't even come to the school yet? He walks out the crowd and has messy brown hair, a white t shirt with a blue shirt over it, Jeans and black trainers. Missy goes up to him and purrs "Oh Laurence, You wanna come to my place after?" He looks at her as if disgusted and says "No, Why would I want to go to a walking makeups house?" I laugh and Michi gives me a death stare and says "Michi, Out: Nyaaaa" And walks away with her minions.

Laurence I think is his name helps me up and asks if I'm OK? I reply "I'm fine" and we decide to get Lunch together as I'm starving as I didn't have breakfast. We go to McDonalds and we both order and I tell him about how I'm moving in and about the accident. We find out we are both going to the same school. He tells me a bit about him and we talked about things about the school which was helpful since I didn't know much about it. Well that's already a friend I'v made and I haven't even moved in yet! After a while, we say our goodbyes and I head back to my car and drive towards my house and I take the left turn which leads onto the street I live on. I live on the very end of the street and my house looks down overlooking the hole street from what I can see, It looks really cool!

OK, I know what your thinking, This is Laumau, not Kaimau, But don't worry... I have everything planned out... mwhahahahaha but no, don't worry, the Kaimau comes soon =)
