Eleven's POV
We were biking around the neighborhood of Hawkins when suddenly a loud noise shook the ground. Everyone looked at each other,
"What was that?"
Y/n said,
"Let's go find out."
Mike replied.
We all started biking towards where we heard the noise, getting closer to the cliff, we stopped. There was a bright light coming from somewhere, I looked toward it curious as to what it was and saw a portal. Dustin asked us all,
"Is that a portal?"
"Yeah..."
Lucas answered
I hopped off my new bike and started walking closer to it until I heard Y/n shout to me while running toward me.
"Eleven be careful!"
Not long after we heard a shriek, looking around we saw another Demogorgon. How many are there? It started to run toward us and it was too late to fend it off with my powers once it pushed me and Y/n into the portal with it. Once we get out of the portal we look around and realize that we are in The Upside Down.
"Oh fuck..."
Y/n said as she looked around. All of sudden we hear another shriek coming from the Demogorgon as it came out of the portal and the portal closing behind it.
Your POV
"Y/n run!"
Eleven yelled as she pushed me back. I ran behind a bush, crouching down I watched the scene upon me. Eleven had her hand up trying to hurt the Demogorgon with her powers until the Demogorgon had lashed out on her giving her a huge cut on her upper arm. Eleven got even more mad after that and used her powers more and killed the Demogorgon as it dissapeared into ashes. I ran to her,
"Holy shit, are you okay?"
Eleven whispers,
"No."
Then she passes out, I caught her before she could fall on the ground. I scanned the place for a safe house when I saw a bunch of houses up ahead. As I am running to the houses I realize that this is Mike's street, we could go to his house and hide there. Once I remember that Eleven got an injury during the little fight with the Demogorgon I remember the time when I got a cut on my hand and Mike stitched it up for me. I could use the first aid kit at his house for Eleven's cut. I run to the house, kicking the door open. As I walked inside I gently put Eleven down on the couch and run into the bathroom stumbling to get the first aid kit out of the mirror. Once I got it out I went back to Eleven's position on the couch and found her awake and sitting up.
"Are you okay El?"
"Yeah, yeah I'm okay."
She whispered.
"The cut on your arm is pretty deep, so I'm going to have to give you stitches. Luckily I learned this while taking a health class in school."
I chuckled as I said the most random thing.
"That's fine, just be careful please."
"Of course."
I sat down next to her on the couch getting the needle and thread out of the kit. I give her some painkillers as it will be painful if she's awake.
"Here take these."
"Okay."
I start the stitches putting the needle in her skin that was cut apart, she winces once it goes through. Eleven managed to get through it without groaning in pain, once I finish she sighs in relief.
"It's all good now El."
"Thank you y/n, thank you so much."
After she thanks me I finally realize how close we are to each other, faces inches apart. I observe Eleven's face and catch her eyeing my lips and face, me doing the same I lean in. Eleven leans in putting her lips on mine while putting her hand up to caress my cheek. After a few seconds of just our lips touching the kiss deepens, I break away catching my breath.
"Y/n? Was that okay? I'm so sorry if it wasn't I just don't really-"
I put my hand on her thigh.
"That was perfect El don't worry.."
I whisper, she smiles when she hears my response to the kiss. I've always liked her, even when Mike had a little crush on her. Hell, maybe I love her, and I want to tell her because she deserves to hear it.
"Eleven?"
I ask for her attention as I look up into her eyes, realizing how dilated they are due to bliss from the kiss.
"Yes, y/n?"
"I just wanted to tell you, that uh."
I reach out and get a hold of her hands, squeezing them.
"That I love you, even if we may be trapped in The Upside Down."
"I love you too..."
She gives me a quick peck on the forehead and speaks again,
"Now let's get some rest, it's getting pretty late."
"Okay."
We go upstairs into Nancy's room getting into bed. Once Eleven gets in after me she moves really close to me and puts her free arm around me, in response I put one of my arms on her chest and one around her waist, nuzzling into her shoulder as she tangles her feet over mine.
"Night El."
"Night y/n, I love you."
She barely whispers the last part but I manage to hear it,
"I love you too..."
Once I respond I drift off into a deep sleep, dreaming about Eleven and our future.
