im really sorry for not updating recently! had a bit of a motivation slump but updates should be atleast twice a week now ^^
"Nooooo!" You exclmained throwing the controller across the room.
All he does is grin.
"Get good~" Josuke says smugly
"Says the person who lost 7 times in row" You say rolling your eyes, and digging into a packet of crisps/chips.
You hear loud footsteps, Both you and Josuke look at eachorther.
A stand?
He quickly gets up, Concern painted on his face.
The door swings open, Josuke screams "Crazy Diamond!"
"Josuke, (Y/n) ~! Dinners ready!" Tomoko says smiling obliviously.
A sigh of relief escapes your mouth, and Josuke just looks spooked.
-After dinner, 8:26pm-
After finishing dinner, And lots of Tomoko talking about how "Cute" you and Josuke were, You were preparing to leave. "Hey, (Y/n), Wait for me" Josuke says as he was fixing his hair.
You look at him while putting your coat on.
"Why?" You ask putting your arm in the sleeve.
"Cause I'm gonna walk you home." He says abruptly.
"Oh! Um, Ok then" Giggling you said.
You opened the door, Grabbing your scarf, "Catch me then~!" You say smiling with a wink.
Before he knew it, You had bolted out the door. "Wait up will you!!" Josuke says scrambling to get his shoes, and dropping a bottle of hair spray.
7 minutes of intense running later, You both stood next to eachother, Gasping for breath.
"H..How do you run so fast Josuke ..?" Tiringly you ask. "Apparently it's a family thing on my dad's side, My old man says it's his secret technique" Josuke says proudly looking at the dark night sky.
Suddenly he puts his hand onto your arm.
Your heartbeat goes up for some reason, And you start to feel flushed.
"Hey, (Y/n)?" He asks
"Yess~?" You reply leaning on his shoulder. You then realise what you've done. Your face goes completely pink and you quickly move. "I'm really sorry!" You say putting your hands up. "Don't worry about it, Your nice and warm, So I'm not complaining.." Josuke says looking to the side. He's blushing.
"A-anyway, What's your question?" You ask playing with your hair
"I'm one of your best friends, Right?" He asks in a serious tone, Looking dead at you with his glistening marine eyes
"Yup" You say, Actually he was more like your No.1 best friend,
He scratches the back of his head, and says "I'm not really sure on how to word this, So I'm just gonna say it,
Can we be... Well something more intimate...?" He's very embbarsed. Struggling to make eye contact embbarsed.
Then you realise
"W..w..wait, You mean like...?"
"Love like."
You just stand there for a couple of seconds, Gobsmacked, Heart beating, Glittered with blush.
You take a step back, And then run up to him wrapping you're arms around him, On your tiptoes.
"Of course, silly" You say quietly into his ear.
Wrapping his arms around you, He whispers "So were a couple now?"
You nod.
"Can I.. Can I kiss you?" Josuke asks mumbling into your ear. "Mhm" You reply. He pulls you back, Pulling your scarf down, But you closer. Both of you're lips touch eachother, Not really knowing what to do. But that 1 minute, With both of you like that was like heaven. You didn't hold back, No one could see you both. Josuke pulls back to breathe. You both look at eachorther. "C..can we try that again..?" You ask. He nods, smiling.
This time it was more confident, Less shy, And just generally felt more natural. Suddenly you're phone goes off, You quickly pull back and quickly pull your phone out. "Hello?" You say, Heart thumping like crazy.
It's your mum, Blubbering on about you should be home, You lie and explain that you've just left Tomoko's house and you're on your way. You end the call and sigh. Josuke looks hurt. "I wanted that to last longer.." Josuke mumbles blushing. "Maybe tomorrow" You say with a wobble in your voice, Half giggling still red.
Josuke nods. Both of you couldn't wait to embrace eachother again.
