After playing in the snow, Draco and I decided walk around for a while. "I wonder what's been going on at our homes," I said without thinking.
Draco only nodded in response. I sighed. "Want to go in and get some hot cocoa," I asked him gleefully. He nodded smiling softly.
We started to head back to the castle, when I decided to playfully nudge Draco, he then nudged me back, gently but a little harder than me, I looked up at him mischievously and dropped a snowball on him from above with the Leviosa spell that we learned earlier this year, then took off running, only to have a slightly irritated Draco chase after me.
"Sal, get back here," he yelled after me. I just looked back and stuck my tounge out at him.

I nodded happily.
I've always enjoyed times like these, having fun with my best friend, I couldn't ask for more. Later that evening, at dinner, I noticed my brother wasn't here, nor was Ron. But Potter boy and Hermoine were there, but I also kept catching Potter glancing at me, and it was just a wee bit creepy. "What's wrong Sal," Lilith, one of the girls I share a room with, asked.I shook my head. "It's nothing," I said smiling to reassure her I was fine, though the other girl I share my room with, Elly, didn't believe it for a second. "No Salvia, don't 'it's nothing' me again. You've been looking troubled for a while now," Elly replied.

I sighed. Well there's no getting pass this one. "I think one of those Gryfindors has been watching me, and it's honestly creepy," I explained. I noticed Draco glared at Potter as if he were going to kill him. "Draco? Are you ok," I questioned him. He nodded and got up and left.
Once I returned to the common room, and went to my dorm, Lilith, Elly and I sat up and talked about things for a while since we all had our class work done.
"He might like you," Elly said.
"She's right Salvia. From the way you describe the situation with that Gryfindor, that might be the case," Lilith added.
" I don't like that Potter boy.... I-I like someone else," I just realized what I said and wished I could take it back.
They both looked at each other and then at me and asked "who," simultaneously. I shook my head refusing to answer. "I won't say. And it's getting late anyway, we should get some sleep," I told them nervously.
They both looked at me and shook their heads no, "No Sal, you have got to tell us, we swear not to tell a soul," they pleaded.
At this point my face looked like a tomato, though I did give in.
That night I had trouble falling asleep, I just had alot on my mind. There was so much going on in my little world that I didn't know what to do... I couldn't tell anyone but Draco... But I felt like it'd only be bothersome for him.
Eventually I fell asleep, but that night brought no pleasant dreams.
Morning came quickly, and I woke up and started to prepare for classes that day, once ready I grabbed my bag and headed to the common room to find Draco there talking to Crabbe and Goyle. I quietly snuck up behind the blonde headed boy looking at the other two telling them to shut up, luckily they were silent.
Once close enough I jumped on Draco's back startling him.
"Bloody hell Sal," he said. I just giggled.
"Ready for potions class," I asked them. I heard two sighs and a nod from Draco.
He may not seem like it but he doesn't mind the classes here, he just won't ever admit it.
I just smiled and started to head to potions.
I sat down at on open desk next to Elly and Lilith.
Professor Snape gave the instructions to find a partner, Elly and Lilith paired up and me and Draco paired up, he then wrote the instructions for the first potion up on the board, we both collected the ingredients listed and started to set up the cauldron, and began to get the ingredients ready to put in the potion.
Soon enough it was the end of the day and I decided to go study in the library, I brought out my History of Magic text book and started the work which was assigned to us.
After I while I finished my work, and I decided to head to the lake.
I saw a silhouette in the distance, I continued to walk forward, I had a good feeling I knew who it was.
Just as I thought, I saw Draco starring off in the distance. He looked lost in his thoughts, I stood there admiring him.
He noticed me and motioned for me to go over to him.
"I wasn't expecting anyone to be here. So why'd you come here it's dinner," I asked him.
He looked at me. "I could ask you the same thing," he replied. I just sighed.
Something is irritating him... I wonder what it is....
