New School

The terrifying begining

As Lila walked down the hall to her science class she wondered if anyone would like her after all she had just moved here from Minnesota. It was winter time in California and every one said it was cold. Although she found it very pleasant. After all at home it would have had a foot of snow by now. Here it is warm and sunny there is no snow at all and its the fifteenth of December!
When she got to science class the teacher said "I would like to announce that we have a new student." Lila stood up knowing the teacher meant her. The teacher proceeded talking. She asked Lila to tell the class something about herself. Lila told the class that she was from Minnesota. She WS an only child. She a pet cat named Spot
. After that the teacher told them to get out their text books ,and turn to page two hundred thirty six. After this the bell rang telling her to take her leave. It was half past three when Lila got home her mom as most moms do asked her about her day. She told her it was all right ,but in her mind Lila was worried she was worried about making friends. She was worried about people liking her. Her mind was racing going  two hundred ninety miles per second. For dinner her mom had made spaghetti. She had one bowl then she returned to her room jumped onto her bed and in a few minutes was asleep.
