Don't forget to add the password! Complete the payment only after I accept your cover request. Cover should be done in a day or two depending on how much people are listed on the queue. Comment the form in one full comment.

or your real name. Whatever

-color scheme (this is optional)

-Specifics (anything you absolutely want on the cover. This can include a certain celebrity or object like a knife)

- Ideas (how do you want your cover too look like. This can't be left blank.)

- Short story description

-Password & payment option

If you don't complete your payment then I will skip your book until it's done. It doesn't matter if your ahead on the queue. And don't even think about removing your payment because I will hunt you down. Queue is below.
