I wake at dawn and get ready. I put on a black lacey shirt with white jeans with combat boots and a Nike hoodie. I make my way down stairs to see my mom in tears.

" My baby is leaving." " Mom I'll visit whenever I can okay?" She nods.

See female wolves are extremely protective over there pups. They say it's even stronger than the mate pull.

Talking about that bullshit. I found out months ago that our soon to be alpha was my mate.

I never actually accepted his rejection it still hurt so now I'm on my way to the pack house so I can accept the rejection so that I can finally be free.

I don't want to have ties to this place other than my mom, but if I make it to the pack I actually get to bring my family in.

So there I find myself knocking on the soon to be alpha door. He comes out hair messy.  A few months a go I would say he looked fucking cute bu5 given all the shit he pulled I feel nothing but hate. 

He was wearing sweats and no shirt, the abs were in plain view. It was disgusting he had hickies  everywhere there weeks many he looked ill , but my eyes averted to the bed and as expected there was Lila asleep and naked. See if that were a while back I'd be running to a cliff trying to end my life but I didn't even care anymore.

"What do you want." He says annoyed.

" Well I sure as hell didn't come to say bye just that.... I Skylar Lockhart accept your rejection." I say aloud, I was proud I had the guts to do that but suddenly I felt something break but since he had made it weak it wasn't painful. Well at least not to me but for Mr. Alpha who knows. He stares at me wide eyed.

"What did you just do."

I simply answer. "What you did to me in the first place just evening out the playing field."

I get closer to him. " See ya later Alpha."

With that I ran down the stares left the pack house. Not turning back at the yells of my name.  I his whimpers it must be painful for him. I could hear his heavy footsteps him trying to catch up to me ,  but I ran to the bus that was right at the edge of our border.

I get on the bus and see that we were the first pack.  I see Abel at the back with his nerd glasses making h look so innocent. He had a sprit bottle in hand he looked nervous as he looked out the window.

Soon out eyes met and I sat across from him. 

" hey nerd. "

" H... Hi" he said adjusting the glasses from the crook of his nose. I just I led at the nerdy gesture and pulled out my phone and listened to my music hoping I didn't make the wrong decision,  after all this will change my life forever.
