chapter 1 After school

Ella and I had just got out of school and we were walking to our houses. It would take us about 20 minutes but we didn't mind. "Hey Ella look at that!" I said to her running to our hideout. "Sasha slow down! what is?" She said out of breath. " we were at out tree and a blue light was shiny about 3 maybe 2 yard away towards a ark looking portal. "Um what's that Ella." I asked. It disappeared before she could answer. weird thats all I had to say. We started walking home we were about to pass the sub shop. "Sasha wanna get our lunch??" Ella said with a smile. My uncle dex works there and we didn't have lunch we were tutoring 6 year olds. "sure we won't have to pay uncle dex give me a discount in other words its on the house." I said with a giggle. We walked in. "Hey girls how was school today?" Said Aunt Deana. "Good Aunt Deana. Uncle dex here today?" I asked. "Yes he is sweetie want your guy's usually?" We nodded. I text my mom that we were gonna be here for alittle bit. Ella texted her mom too. (Phone rings) "oh its my phone haha be right back." I said to Ella. She nodded. I answer "hello? Who is it?" I ask. "Hey Sassy Sashy. Guess who!" Only one person every called me that. " hey Adrian. What's up?" I said excited I had a huge crush on him only Ella knew. Also my friend Anna and Quince. Both girls. "I just wanted to know if u wanna hang out?" He asked. My heart burst. " sure um I'm at uncle Dex's sub shop. Come here than we can go to the park or some where's."I said calmly. "Cool OK see you there." He hung up. Than I thought of something I text to him bring Zack for Ella she's with me. He replied with ' they should just start dating I mean they clearly like each other. Wait Anna forgot never mind'. I told Ella about every thing.
Our food came just as the boys got here. "Hey bubble head." I said with a smirk. "Sup flirty nerdy." He said back. "Hey clumsy." Zack said to Ella. "hey prince." Ella said back. Our nicknames represents our features. "Hey odd squad got everyone's food on the house like always." He wiggled a eyebrow at me and bubble head. I rolled my eyes. Bubble head is Adrian. We eat and laugh. When we were done we decided to got to the park it was only 4 I had till 6:30 Ella usually sleeps over so yeah. When we got to the the playground. Adrian and I were talking about our mission we knew we were guardians of the woods and the blue light we saw was a signal that we had to go on a mission. "When are we gonna tell them?" He asked I was kind of the leader and I made the choices .I laughed. " I wish never I wish this would go away but I will tell them after school it is our last day."I said sighing. "I know how you feel." He said. I bit my lip I was gonna say no no you don't. I am the original guardian my mom is a hunter a person who protects the people. My father is a woodman a protecter of the woods. I was suppose to be a girl of the demons which I am only Bella knows. " let's go to my Aunts house."I said. They nodded
