Zandra lied to her friends that she heard a muscle in the calf snap, she put on the most worried worried expression that had everyone believing her. The truth was that she was reaching her limit from the strenuous workouts Sydney ordered like a tyrant.
She took a few large strides away from Sydney the Tyrant and the twins. Sitting down on the low cut grass relaxing as the cool air soothed her muscles, Zan watched the absurd exercises Sydney the Malicious barked out to Nyx and Nox.
She believed Syd might either become a tyrant or a drill sergeant. Still caught up in her thoughts, she heard voices one in particular arousing her heart beat and causing her head to snap towards that direction.
The figure strides her way made her cuss. "Could this day get any worse" she whispered to herself in disgust.
"Zandra! You lazy potato, get back here!" Sydney shouted causing Zandra to cringe. Well now at least, if Lawd did not know she was there before, now he knew.
"What do you think is going on there?" Lawd asked suppressing a smirk like he did not just hear Zandra's name.
Well that crazy idiot has given up my identity Zandra sighed getting up sluggishly from the grass. She watched Lawd and two other unfamiliar faces stalk towards her. "Syd!" she shouted still training her eyes on the approaching trio, she did not want to face them alone.
Lawd's face was contorted in a smirk as he clearly saw Zandra's sparkly green eyes. "What is she doing here by this time?" Lawd whispered inaudibly. "Do you know them?" Philip the almost bald boy on Lawd's left side questioned.
"Yes, one of them to be precise" Lawd answered. Zandra watched as they got closer, Why is he coming here? she thought.
Zandra jumped as Nox said from behind her "If you ditch us again, I will take one of your kidneys." Not wanting to look disturbed, Zan faced the McKarter girl who was sporting a devilish grin. "What makes you think i still have two kidneys?" Zandra responded forgetting Lawd that instant.
"Guys please, Stop talking about your kidneys and you" Sydney said pointing her index finger at Zandra "you are not meant to be resting you little-"
"What are all these immature ramblings about" Lawd cut Sydney off, his gaze fixed on Zandra, he was four steps away from the girls. Zandra turned to face him squarely. She wondered why she had such mixed feelings towards him. One minute she hates him wants to kill him the next she feels guilty about getting his help and not thanking him.
"And why does that matter to you?" Zandra asked staring furiously at him. "And who the hell might you be?" Sydney supplied. "Ya who the hell are you?" Nox seconded. Nyx was silent though mostly because she was exhausted. Lawd's smirk deepened.
Philip was about to say something when Lawd stopped him. "I will handle this" he whispered to the boys. "Don't presume I was talking to you two" he said darting his eyes from Sydney to Nox. "Zandra do you know this thing?" Nox asked, anger lacing her voice.
"Tsk, Tsk, Tsk, I see Cotton, you have achieved friends with the same level of disrespect as yours. You guys are truly unlucky this morning, am not letting this slide."
Turning to Nyx, Lawd asked "Anything from you? No? good."
"You see this star here?" Lawd asked pointing to his chest. "You will see what having this star can do"
"Are you threatening us?" Zandra fumed.
"Threaten?" Lawd asked in disbelief. "I am telling you the future, Cotton, you will see."
"Go take a shower, you guys stinks. Also, you and the other one" he said pointing at Sydney and Nox. "You better watch your back." he concluded with a sinister smile.
Zandra was mad. It was one thing for him to talk to her like he pleased but he cannot do that to her friends. "Let's go guys" Lawd said to his friends turning around.
The girls were silent. The boys had barely covered four steps when Zandra on impulse ran and made a beeline for Lawd.
She stopped in front of him heaving and holding his eyes. His brown eyes were dull and uninterested. Philip and the other boy Nathan were stunned and eager to watch even though they had somewhere else to be.
"Weak" Lawd said as he watched Zandra's chest rise and fall. "What did you say?" she asked more aggravated. "I said you are weak." His voice was so flat that it made her ready to kill him.
"You can say what you want to me but take back what you said to my friends now" she seethed. "I can't hear you and i don't care" Lawd's icy reply made her wonder if he was human.
Zandra placed both hands on her hips. "You have to take back everything you said to my friends."
"No. My simple solution is, find new friends, these ones are no good" Lawd harsh words did it. Zandra raised her hand to slap him.
Lawd caught her hand mid way. She proceeded to kick him with her leg. He immediately let go of her hand and jumped back, she completely missed him. He displayed a sadistic smile. "People like you should not be here, you are too weak, you are just a waste of resources." his voice was so cold.
Zandra heard someone gasp, she was not sure who did. Zandra lunged herself at Lawd. He simply stepped out of the way. Zan fell hard on the grass, her elbow hurt, she was sure she had gotten an injury.
"We can do this all day and you won't-" Lawd did not finish his statement as Zandra had grabbed onto his leg and bit him. He cursed loudly. There were snickers. Lawd saw red. He yanked Zandra's head away forcefully. She pulled his leg along side causing him to fall.
She scrambled on top of him resting her butt on his lower torso. She fought vigorously as she tried to get a hold of his neck. There was full blown out laughter and cheering from the girls. Zandra was a little proud of herself as she had put into reality the lock hold they were taught yesterday.
Her victory was cut short as Lawd caught both arms and held it painfully tight. He pulled her harshly towards his face and whispered so only she could hear. "Do you know where you are sitting on, you little girl?"
What was he talking about she thought as she tried to wiggle out of his grasp. "Stop moving. You are making it worse" he whispered again. When he discovered she did not understand. He pushed her firmly on his member. She gasped and stopped wiggling.
Lawd let out a dry laughter and flipped her so that he was on top. "If we are doing anything, this is how it should be, with me on top" He whispered lowly into her ear.
"Get off me you Perv!" Zandra screamed hitting him. "Lawd we have to go now" Nathan the ever silent one called. Lawd stared into Zandra eyes and for a moment her breath hitched. "We will continue this later weakling, shame these people are here, I would have kissed you" Lawd breathed on her face.
She prayed only her had heard. "You wouldn't- " Lawd detached himself and walked away not waiting for her to finish talking.
"That bastard, This is war!" she fumed.
"Zandra" Sydney cried rushing towards her, "Are you alright?"
