S1/E8: unwanted

Paps: "heh. Yah I think I follow on what happened from there."
Error: "yah and what's worse is that he thinks I back stabbed HIM. And now he treats me like garbage. Although it's not really much different than the way he treated me when we where dating."
Paps: "so I'm guessing you started destroying universes again after that huh?"
Error: "y... yah. I did. I guess I was taking my anger out on everybody else. Sorry."
Paps: "but there's something I don't understand."
Error: "and what's that?"
Paps: "why did you start destroying AUs to begin with?"
Error: "it's in my programming. It's what I was created to do."
Paps: "who would create someone to destroy entire universes?"

THE FACTORY:
I wasn't the only one. In fact, I wasn't even the only one to escape that horrible place. You know fresh right?
Paps: "yah?"
He's my brother. Or at least one of my many brothers and sisters. Most of which are probably still stuck in that universe.
Paps: "hold on. Do you mean that right now, as we speak, your family is being held captive in an au!?"
Yah. Sort of. They kind of live there I guess. We've lived there for as long as I could remember. It's home. But... it wasn't a very nice home.
Paps: "what do you...?"
We lived in chains and cages. We where treated horribly. It's not something I tell anyone because... honestly, I try to block the memory out myself. But I guess, now that it's out in the open...
Paps: "take your time."
Mhm. I remember being there ever since I was little. But I don't think I was born there. I honestly haven't seen anyone be actually born there except for my little sister. Who... I gave birth to during my time there.
Paps: "y... you had a kid!?"
Yah. It was one of the many experiments that was done on us. It wasn't really the worst thing I've been through tho. I... sniff. I'm going to cut this short if that's ok. I was thrown away. And I woke up in the anti void. Still having all my programming in place, I set out to do what I was created to do. My job.
Paps: "you keep saying programming a lot, but you do realize you're not a computer right?"
I know. I have a chip lodged in the inside of my scull. I have a pretty good feeling that's where the voices that tell me what to do come from.
Paps: "so why not get rid of it?"
I. I can't. If I remove it, it'll kill me. I can't do it on my own. I need help.
Paps: "sigh. Then I guess that's the first thing we've gotta do."

Error had started to tear up again. And clung on tightly to papyrus's jacket, not willing to let go any time soon. He didn't like talking about his past, if anything, he'd rather forget the entire thing ever happened. Paps held the whimpering skeleton tightly as he tried his best to comfort him. How could he have been so wrong about him before. He thought he was never wrong about anything, especially being a good judge of character.
Paps: "there there kiddo. Let it out. Shhh."
After a few minutes, error had fallen asleep leaning on his chest, and he called for sans and undying to come back.
Blue: "yes papy! Did you have your ta... papy what happened!?"
Paps: "he just got a little emotional, that's all. I'm sure he'll be just fine."
Undying: "is there anything I can help with papyrus?"
Paps: "yah. I need to talk to you about a couple of things, but first, could you get alphas to walk sans home please."
Undying: "um... sure. But why? What about...?"
Paps: "he's staying for a little bit. Blue, we'll be home soon ok. Just uh, gotta deal with some stuff right now ok?"
Blue: "no papy! I..."
(Phone ringing)
Paps: "sigh. What could it be now. Hm."
Blue: "papy?"
Paps: "sans, go home now. I'll be there in a couple of hours. You can uh... get started on dinner for the three of us ok."
Blue: "yes papy."

Papyrus laid down the softly snoring bag of bones as he walked away to answer his phone. Blue being led away by alphas, just as confused as everyone else. But considering the name on the caller ID of his cell phone, this could be important, or at the least... interesting.
