Part 5 - Worst dream

The time went by and it was bedtime. We decided we'd sleep together. We were in his bed. He held me close to his chest and I couldn't only hear but feel his heart beating too. For some reason it was calming. I gave him a quick kiss, said 'night babe' and drifted off to sleep.

I felt my heart beating fast as I was running through the woods. He was chasing me. His hair was brown, his eyes were blue like the sky and his skin was pale, almost white. I knew him. It was Colby. I ran as fast as I could but I managed to trip and I fell. As my body met the ground I noticed he wasn't running anymore. He got slower and slower with each step. He got close to me. We both were out of breath. He chased me for a good five minutes until I fell. He stared at me. He started chanting 'you can't hide from me'. I felt my eyes watering up as he leaned closer. He reached back to pull out a knife from his pocket and got on his knees and...

I woke up to Colby calling my name and shaking me. I was crying and the makeup I had left on ran down on my face. I was scared but I felt safe. I was in his arms now. He kissed my lips gently and hugged me tight.
"Everything will be alright" he said.
