Chapter 24
Mark's POV

It was quite, Jack was staring off into space. It seems like he has lost his mind. He's never dealt with these types of choices before.

"Is he going to be okay?" Cry asked.

I didn't say anything, I went to grab his hand but he pulled it away. I sighed.

"Jack... Talk to me..." I said softly.

"Why should I? I wouldn't be in this mess if you hadn't tried to bring a war upon us. Or if you hadn't kidnapped me and made drink a stupid love potion! You- You are the one that caused all of this!" He stood up. "You did this! This is all your fault Mark!"

I sat there and stared at him.
"You're right."

"Huh?" They all said in unison.

"But I realize that, all this was a mistake. In the beginning I knew what I wanted. I wanted to kill every single one of you. Now I just want one thing and that's you Jack."

He scoffed and crossed his arms.

"I'm serious. You may think I'm lying but for once in my life I love someone."

"You barely know me." He said blankly.

"I know enough." I retorted back at him.

"I'm not saying you need to love me or trust me right away, but please give me a chance." I said practically begging.
"And plus when you think about it, there will be peace between everyone."

It went quite, Felix and Cry staring at Jack waiting for an answer. It was clear that they want him to say no. Jack was really thinking about this, that made my hopes get a little higher.

"Jack can we all speak to you." Felix said.

I glared at him.

"Okay."

They went a different way and started talking, it was whispers so I couldn't hear them.

"It's my choice, not yours." He said harshly.

Then their was more whispering.
I could tell Jack was getting irritated. He escaped their small circle and looked at me.

He had a small smirk.

"Fine."
