Cally the Calico

    The cat in the picture is not Cally.It's the only picture I could find.Next time I see her I will take a picture..

   Cally awoke in the old lady's yard.The old lady fed her from time to time.The old lady's Daughter's family put up a huge wooden fence,so its harder for her to get in.They hate cats,they are bird people.Cally has three kits,two live with her.Flame and Bloom,Hera lives with Cally's best friends Boots and Skippy.Cally lives in an ally on the right is the big fence the left is the Boots and Skippy's fence,that is easy to get over and under.Cally's den is a abandoned rabbit's den.It has three sleeping rooms,one for her and two for her kits.One herb room and one room for food.One guest room.One main room.Three exits,One to get into the ally,one to get two Boots and Skippy's yard,and one that goes under the dirt ally road.The last exit that goes under the road goes all the way to her mates home.His name is Sun and he lives in a bush in the ally.Winter is almost over and the prey will be out once again.Where's Bloom and Flame,Cally asked herself.

"Mother"!Came Bloom's voice.

"Yes honey"?Cally asked.

"Flame and I got some prey today".She said dropping A mouse and a rabbit at her mothers paws.

"That's great take it to the prey room".Cally said.

"Okay".Bloom said running to the den.

    Cally climb over Skippy's fence with two mice in her jaw.Skippy and Boots have not had mice in a long time.Cally found them in the garden laying in a patch of clovers.

"I brought a spring gift".She said.

"Though's are the first mice I've seen in a while".Boots said.

"Yes Bloom and Flame went out hunting today".Cally replied.

"That's good,you have been so skinny".Skippy said.He always worries about her.

"I'm fine I have Darleen(the old lady)to take care of me".Cally said.

"Still she getting old".Boots said.

"Lets change the subject please,Anyway how's Hera and can I see her"?Cally asked.

"Shes fine,but The twolegs won't let her out".Boots replied

"My twoleg has a name"!Skippy yelled.

         The twolegs have a daughter named Aubrie.She raised Skippy since he was a kit.He loves her.He come when she calls him and purrs at her.

"Fine Skippy".Boots replied.

"We can sneak in".Skippy said.

"Whatever it takes to see my kit".Cally replied.

"Okay".Boots said.

"how do you get in"?Cally asked.

"If we are lucky they left open a window without a screen".Skippy said.

"We are lucky"!Boots said hopping into the window,Skippy next,then Cally.

"Mother"?Hera came running to Cally.

"Have you been"?Cally asked.

"Okay I guess,I though I would never see you again"!Hera exclaimed.

"I'm here now".Cally said.

"Where's Bloom and Flame".Hera asked.

"Back in the den".Cally replied.

"Can I go see them"?She asked.

"Not today".Cally said.

"Why"?She asked.

"Your Twolegs don't want you to go outside,maybe when your older".Cally replied.

"Okay".Hera said.

"I got to go,I love you".Cally said.

"Bye".Hera replied
