"have you ever thought of getting back together?"

"umm.. i dont know jack. its complicated"

"the kids miss you"

i smiled in happiness and sadness.

"how are they?" i said tears swelling up

"they're big now... brayden looks so much like you. while you were gone i looked at brayden just to remind myself that i still love you."

i smiled "aw my little brayden"

i quickly wiped a tear.

"it breaks my heart how they ask everyday where you were and i didnt know what to say because i didnt even know myself"

"i wanna see them"

"then come back with me amber, lets restart. please, i miss you."

"i don't know, i'll have to think about it."

"don't amber, they're our kids, our beautiful kids." he said holding my cold hands.

i look down and bite my lip.

after a couple seconds of thinking, i accepted.

"fine, i will." i slightly smiled.

we left urth cafe and he took me to his hotel.

"hopefully you're boyfriend doesnt bother if you dont make it home for a night." jack winked .

"i broke up with him." i laughed.

"better for me." he smirked getting on the bed, patting the seat next to him.

"so, tell me babe, how's life here in the fabulous new york city."

"it's alright. i became a model and got a job as a hairstylist like i did back in la."

"your turn, how's things over back in la."

he looked at the ground and laughed.

" well.. i'm still living in the same house as always, the kids are doing great, my business company is better than ever."

" hm, interesting." i laughed.

i layed my head on his chest.

"i love you amber." he said stroking my hair.

"jack" i lifted my head off his chest to look him straight into his beautiful eyes.
