"what did you learn at school today sweets?" my mom asked as soon as i walked in the door with molly by my side.

"i don't know. didn't pay attention much. we got a new kid. everyone loves him." i said grabbing some grapes and marshmallow icing stuff.

"brianna! you need to start paying attention in school. we don't need you failing grades." my mom said with a laugh. "if you fail i'll take your camera away."

"no! not my camera!" i said kinda jokingly, "it's my baby!"

we just laughed. molly and i went up to my room and sat on my bed that was covered in the aesthetic of every teen ever; white.

We sat there and talked about the new kid. He was pretty cute if we're being honest. What was name again? Jeremy? Josiah? Josh?

I don't know but he was still cute. "So what did you think of the new kid is it.... What Jesse or something like that," I asked Molly.

" Aahahaha his name is Johnny." Molly said cracking up. "Jesse? Really?" "Oh my gosh Brianna you're so stupid," Molly said still laughing.

"Whaaaaatt? I don't do well with names, ok?" I said embarrassed.

For the rest of the night we sat there and talked about school, did homework, then finally around 7:30 Molly had to leave.

After Molly left I crawled into bed and thought about the day.

I slowly slipped into darkness
As sleep consumed my body.
