The next day at lunch I got more of a chance to talk to the Molly girl. She seemed shy at first but soon came out of her shell. As we were talking I felt like we just had some kind of friendship connection. I was able to express my thoughts to her and she wouldn't judge me. I really liked this girl. Then we realized we have all the same classes together. Then at that moment we were friends. And we both knew it without even saying anything to each other. I went home that night and told my mom all about it. She was glad to hear I had a friend.
I then told my mom I wanted to be on a volleyball team. We signed me up for Thursday's at 6:00. I couldn't wait for it to start. Then the day came for volleyball to start. That night I walked into practice and looked around I saw a girl who looked really familiar. I went over to her and asked her what her name is and where she goes to school and she said Audrey and I go to Wiley middle school. I said I go there too. She said I thought you looked familiar. I asked her who's home room she was in and she said Mr. Mit and I said me to. That's why you look so familiar. The next day we sat together in advisory and I realized I made another good friend. This was already starting to be a good year or was it?
