So in school we have to do an essay comparing Norse Vikings to the Japanese Samurai and all the while I'm playing Samurai Love Ballad and noticing too many similarities.
I recently realised that the Samurai used in SLB were actually real once...
Like Date Masamune, who was known in the year 1567 (I think) to have been a merciless Samurai and had retaliated to the enemy army who'd captured his Father by murdering all of them, his father with the whole lot!
I also researched further to find out that Shigen's death was never exactly found and there are only commen beliefs as to how he died. He was also known to be one of the only Samurai Warriors to have beaten Oda Nobunaga in a fight.
And Totoyomi Hideyoshi was in literally every story I'm serious here-
I'm more surprised at the fact that the game was able to keep all the facts about these Samurai so accurate.
So in all honesty, I'm just shocked as to how awesome SLB is.
