CHAPTER 5: NOTHING CAN BE BEST THAN MY FRIENDS

If it is too late to tell about my friends, they are the best I got in a short span. You already know Krish (my team member). He is the first friend I made after coming to Goa. All my friends came through him. Kriti, Krish's girlfriend she is best thing happened to Krish. They always stay so lovey dovey all the time. At the same time, they don't leave their friends behind. They are so perfect to each other that they balance their love and friendship. Sanya, another team member in my office. She is one kind of a person who is behind the pranks happens. She makes our lives so lively and somehow makes me happy even though I am sad. Her brother Sandy is the most wanted by all the girls wherever we go. He is such playboy with god heart.

When I took them away from the lobby to the restaurant, we all settled in a table with our plates. All are so hungry but they staring at me for answers for why Abi was in the elevator.

Kriti broke the silence and asked "What the hell is that guy doing here?"

Krish: We planned this trip to make you come out of whatever happened with Abi. But why are you with him in the same elevator? What is going on?

I opened my mouth to answer but as usual Sandy interrupted asking "Did he do anything again?

Not able to tolerate the random questioning of my friends, I got frustrated and shouted "GUYSSSS" all of them stopped ranting and looked at me "Guys. Stop. Will you let me explain everything?" they nodded in agreement. So I started to say what happened last night. Definitely I am not going to tell them about the kiss. I am not ready to share that piece of information to them. Since I told them that Abi said sorry about slapping me and we have come to good terms, they started to have their regular chatting and whereas we girls started to talk about the hot guys in the party. Well, Me? I couldn't stop thinking about the kiss happened in the elevator. As soon as I got reminded of him, I started to search for him in that restaurant hoping to see him again. But I couldn't find him. We completed our breakfast and started to walk through the crowd to have a look at the different groups of people performing something like magic, dance, music, etc. It was like a carnival. Well I can say small carnival. We played games and I was talking pictures of the place and people.

I didn't forget to send the picture of the couple kissing in the beach last night. They called me and thanked me. I started to enjoy the beach. My friends insisted me in joining them in playing in water. But I declined saying "I want to picture you guys. So I will the shore" they were upset but still continued to enjoy in the water. I heard some people shouting. I couldn't understand what but they were shouting some name, I guess.

"Hi" I heard a husky voice whispering near my ear. I jumped because of the sudden voice near my ear. I turned my head to see a familiar breathtaking and hottest guy I have ever seen.

Abi: Sorry. I didn't mean to scare you.

Me: Its okay. How did you find me in the crowd?

Abi: I was playing with my friends over there (Pointing at gang standing 50 metres away from us) and then saw you taking pictures. So I thought to say HI to you.

Me: That is so sweet of you. But I would appreciate if you stop surprising me like this.

Abi: I will try controlling from scaring hereafter. So I guess, We shall see around.

Me: sure. (smiling at him)

He was about to leave but again he stopped to said

Abi: If you don't mind, I have a offer to have blasting weekend.

Me: What is it?

Abi: Me and my friends are going for a ride tonight. Do you mind joining us. I would appreciate your company. I never get bored of you. (he said winking)

Me: Hmm. It seems a good idea but my friends..( I trailed of)

Abi: Can't you manage them?

Me: I can but I hope they are willing to let go of me after everything happened before they seemed to me pissed of because of you. I already explained them that we have come to good terms but still I hesitate to ask them.

Abi: So you can't make it?

Me: I will come. Where should I wait for you and at time?

Abi: In the lobby at 8. Make sure that u don't have your dinner. We are going out for dinner with my friends. (with a big smile in his face)

I just nodded and smiled at him. He nodded in assurance and turned towards his gang to join them. Before leaving he said "By the way, I am not at all sweet. It is your lips that makes me sweeter when I tend to taste them" and then he left me in shock. 'what is he trying to do to me? Will I be back to normal after tonight? Am I going to regret saying 'yes' to him? Whatever, tonight is going to be an unforgettable night in my life.' I thought to myself and smiled.

My friends came to me immediately after he left. It was as if they voluntarily left me alone to talk to him.

Sanya: So what was he talking about?

Me: He asked me to join him and his gang for a ride at night after dinner.

Sanya: Let me guess. Seeing your smiling face, I can say that you said him 'yes'

Ijust smiled like a sheep and nodded at them. They all hugged me and said "Go have fun yaar". I was happy that I got the best of best friends.
