Upon wiping my tears, and exiting my closet, i saw someone standing in the doorway. SHIT!!!!!
CHAPTER 2
Cam POV
I couldnt quite make out the face of the person, but it was a male's voice that spoke.
"Cam, are you okay?" i sighed out of relief, and walked over to my brother. somehow i thought it was Seth. why would it matter if it was him? oh yeah that's right, you were just crying over him no longer than 30 seconds ago.
"Uh.. yeah. i'm fine" i lied. Adam glared at me, but there was no way that i could tell him the truth. Ha. what was i supposed to say? Oh yea Adam, by the way, i'm totally in love with your best friend, but i dont want to be?....hell no....wait what? i'm not in love with him pshhh yeah right.
"Cameron Amber McAmbrey, i know you are lying to me. since when did we start keeping secrets?"
"There's nothing going on, i was just thinking about some stuff.... but it's confidential, stuff that a friend told me." i said bulllshiting the whole story. he smiled, and seemed at ease with that answer.
"Well, me and the guys are gonna be downstairs so, i guess you can come down and hang. k?" i nodded, and waited for him to leave. Could i really go down and face Seth, after what happened? i mean i know nothing actually happened, but this is huge for me and my virgin self who has never been in love......especially with that jerk of a person downstairs. i sighed.
Time to get your act together, i told myself. You can face him, and besides he probably wont even remember what happened anyway. I pulled on a pair of black sofies and a pink tank top. maybe i could use a little makeup, considering it all came off while i cried. I put on some black mascara, and a little black eyeliner. i dont want to look emo, or goth. oh shit.. since when do i care what I look like in front of the guys. dammit. i am in love, but he could never know this.
Seth POV
"Oh shut up, that chick is fine, if you dont want her, shoot i will take her from you...gladly." Chase said. All the guys laughed, and punched him in the arm. i couldnt exactly concentrate. i was thinking about Cameron. Adam told me that she was crying. but why? could it have something to do with me? nahhhh she isnt even interested in me. and that fact saddened me for an unknown reason. i sighed, and tried to refocus my attention to whatever the guys were talking about. most likely chicks.
"Dude?" Channing said. i snapped my attention to him with a questionable expression.
"yeah"
"You alright man? we've been trying to get your attention for like ten minutes bro." I fake smiled, and nodded my head.
"Yeah man, i was just thinking about all the hotties that are gonna be at that party tomorrow." i lied. i hope that Cameron would come hang with us tonight. As if on cue, i heard movement coming from the direction of the staircase. all of us looked, and navigated our eyes to the top of the staircase.
There she stood. and it was at that moment, that i knew i had some deep feelings for her. Cameron. Dammit. but this she could never know.
Cam POV
