You were the girls stereotype of "loner". Yeah its great right? Well it's not. I'm alone all of the time.
Who am I? I'm Y/N. yeah I'm the loner who's secretly dating the schools football Jock. Mr Shaw. Yeah Harry. You wouldn't of guessed it hey?
Na Harry and myself grew up together. We've been best friends for years, but we can't be together in school. People bully me enough. I'd be the 'pity' date girl to most people, it'd ruin our relationship, and Harry's football reputation in school. I couldn't do that to him.
It was Monday morning, it was a great day, I only had three periods, yeah, only three. I walked into school ground, head down, glasses on, and my boot heal clanking on the ground as I walked.
"Oi look at loner, walking into school with your head down again! Losseerrrrr!" The words stung, Harry looked at me, with guilt in his eyes, I know it isn't his fault, and I'd never want him to do anything. Its killing me, but it's only three hours than I can hang with Harry.
With my hair bouncing down my back, I walked to class, ready to study.
"Right everyone, get out question 3, essay 5 please" Mr Sutton sprawled, along his whiteboard, is nails scratched as he wrote the instructions down.
I could see Harry's "friends" looking at me, from the corner of my eye. I was getting very frustrated with this. Harry could tell, he was 'forced' to sit next to me in class because he was struggling and I was good at geometry. I loved it, his scent, his smile. Everything. But we had to act like we hated each other.
It was hard. Horrible, I hated it.
"Y/N, I'm stopping this right now, you're amazing and I'm not letting you get treated like this anymore"
As I went to stop him, he already stood up, walked over to the group and started talking to them.
I heard a few boos and 'you're off the team' but they can't do shit without Harry so they'll be back.
I know it.
