Part 14: Awakened to a surprise.

I groaned as I woke up, pain from the little event with Raven still present. When I opened my eyes, my arm was in a sling and my torso was bandaged to no end. There was also someone sleeping next to me in a chair. That person was the only person that would do it, Yang, "Yangie... Wake up..." Yang yawned and laid her head down on my chest, refusing to open her eyes. She mumbled something and I scoffed, "Fireball!" Yang shot up, "Yep, that's my name!" I chuckled and Yang stared me down, "It's been 4 days. We thought about pulling the plug." I sat up and grinned, "I'm offended." Yang stood and walked away, "I'll be in my dorm if you need me~" I chuckled and climbed out of bed, thankful I wasn't in those shitty white hospital scrubs and looked around for some fresh clothing. I saw a new shirt and smiled. I took off my shredded top and grabbed the new one which supported the fictional hero of Ultraboy, who was, admittedly, pretty damn sick. I walked out after getting fully dressed in the new clothing and walked to my teams dorm, hearing whispers of the guy who dated Yang Xiao Long, but that made my smile all the wider
(RWBY Dorm)
I walked into Yangs dorm and saw her playing a game with her sister, a fighting game. I was more into the Fallout series, but I decided to battle the winner. I watched as Yang absolutely wrecked Ruby and Ruby was annoyed, "I want a rematch!" I took the controller out of her hand with a, "Yoink!" And sat on the bed, "Ruby, leave it to me." Ruby crossed her arms and pouted, "I'll win, but I need the controller." I sighed as she gave me her infamous puppy dog eyes and held out the controller, "Fine." Ruby smiled and reached for the scroll slowly. I pulled it back at the last second with a grin, "I know the Dante code." They all looked confused, so I entered the code, left, right, right, left, down, up, up, down and start. Dante from Devil May Cry popped up on the screen and caused rupture throughout the whole room, "Hey, DMC is the best game on this planet... Next to Fallout, of course." Yang grinned and picked another character, "It's on."
(Later, around Beacon)
Ruby and I were running from Yang, who was absolutely pissed that I added a Win to Ruby's score against Yang. I ran into the courtyard with Ruby at my side, "Split up!" Ruby nodded and ran to the left. I stood and waited for Yang, who appeared quickly, then I ran to the right, looking for the library. Yang tried to catch up to me by using her Ember Celica to blast forward.
(Blake POV)
I was sitting peacefully, reading Ninjas of Love, when Thulian burst in with Yang hot on his heels. Literally. I stood as Thulian jumped over me (I'm part cat and still shocked he jumped that high) and sat at the table, ""Hey Blake." I stood and stepped between Yang and him, "Yang, why are you mad now? He just got out of hospital." Yang sighed and sat across from Thulian, "He beat me in a fighting game..." Thulian muttered something about couples therapy and I sat back at the table, "He's just more skilled. You aren't the best at everything." Thulian held up his hand, "I must agree to disagree." Yang looked at him, "What?" He looked at Yang, betraying nothing in his eyes, "You're the best at being the most beautiful woman I've met in my life." Yang and I both smiled at his words, "So you two can walk out of here without trying to kill each-other?" They nodded and stood, "Course we can, what are we, creatures of Grimm?" They both broke into a chuckle and kissed.
(Thulian POV)
I didn't want to pull away from Yang. Hell, if this weren't a library, I would've fucked her there and then, then proceed to marry her. That's how much I love her, but, alas, we had to pull away for the bastardly thing called Oxygen. We both panted for breath, "So... Today is... Friday?" Yang nodded and took my hand, "Ruby has been dying to try your weapon... In fact, she has it now." Yang maneuvered me through the school to RWBY's dorm. When we got there, she opened the door and we witnessed Ruby polishing Grimm Poison, which was always, and I mean always, polished by me with a very certain polish, "Uh... Rubes?" Ruby jolted and she dropped my weapon. Then she saw me, "Oh... Hi, Thulian! You're weapon got a bit dirty, so... I polished it!" She held up the blade, indeed, it was shining with a sheen that I'd never seen before, "Wow, thanks Ruby!" Ruby beamed and shoved Crescent Rose into my arm, "Take good care of her!" I smiled and slowly pulled my arm out of my sling, "Well, this is fun. We're all using each-others weapon!" I held Crescent Rose carefully, "Least it's not heavy." I swung it around and grinned, "Yang, call Ivory." Yang pulled my scroll out of my pocket and dialed Ivory, "Yeah, Hi, it's Yang... Yeah, I'm sorry, but he's gone..." Yang and I suddenly burst out laughing and I grabbed my scroll, "Yeah, Ivory." Ivory sighed in relief, but it was shaky, as if he was just crying, "Yeah?" I smirked, "I'm holding a Scythe." Ivory grunted, "So?" I chuckled, "They're fine." Ivory hung up, and he wouldn't call me for awhile.
(Later)
I gave Yang back her Ember Celica, reluctantly, and grinned, "Nice. It's a wonder how your arms haven't shattered." Yang chuckled and gave me back Grimm Poison, "Science! Screw it." I got a call from my scroll and saw it was Glynda, "Aunt..." I answered, "Hello?" I heard a sigh of relief, "Thulian, I thought that-" I stopped her from finishing, "Hey, hey. Don't think about that shit." There was a ruffling sound, "I'm sorry I wasn't there when you woke up." I couldn't help but smile, "It's ok, Glynda." Glynda snuffled and hung up. I lowered the scroll from my ear, "I think she's crying." Ruby and Yang exchanged looks, "No..." We all burst out laughing and the sisters climbed into their beds, "I swear, those are gonna fall." Yang just pulled me up and hugged me, "If you fall, I'm coming with you." I was shocked, so I said the first thing that came to mind, "Did you show Ruby the ring?" Ruby shot up and sped over, "What ring?" Yang held up the ring and Ruby gasped, "Ohhhh, that's so pretty!" I smiled, "Thanks, it was pretty hard to make." Ruby sped back to her bed, "Goodnight!" Yang wrapped her arms around the back of my neck and shoved my face into her breasts, "Night, Thuli~" I chuckled and kissed her breasts, "G'night, Yang~" We both fell asleep in each others embrace.
