Annie's pov:

I woke up the next day at 5:30. I walked downstairs to make myself some breakfast.I made french toast and sat down ate it and scrolled through Instagram. When it reached 6 I went up to my bathroom to take a shower. I Got done and picked out this outfit

I did my hair into a top knot bun put my shoes on and left.I got to school on time and went through my day. At lunch I met up with Emerson and told her I had to go. I walked down to Mr. Mcurtin's room and saw someone I recognized. He was about 5'7 had brown short hair that was brushed through but very bed head like at the same time.  He turned around and it struck me. "Brennan?" I say aloud. "Annie!!" He says and gets up to greet me. "How are you??" he asks very interested. "I'm good. A little flustered though. I didn't expect to see you today." I say while blushing and looking down. "It's okay. Here come take a seat" he says while grabbing my arm and bringing me to the seat next to him. All of a sudden and girl with long blonde hair started the meeting. "Okay so as you can tell Kacy isn't here because of her knee injury. She will be missed but we have a substitute for her. Annie." As soon as she said my name everyone started clapping. "Okay Annie can you start roll call?" she asks handing me a sheet of paper with names. I grab a pen from my bag and start calling names. I put 3 names and faces together. The girl with baby blue eyes and black hair was named Lillia. The blonde girl was named Amanda, and the girl with a beanie hat was named Jamie. "So um according to the planner I have that amanda gave me we are discussing prom. So maybe we should start with venue and go from there." I state and Amanda pipes up. "We should do it at the gym. You know the one called 1st class gymnastics. They have a huge room connected to the gym usually for parties but I think we can get it for prom" in my mind I freak out but play it cool. Since I'm a gymnast there I know all the parties the room is reserved for and when. "Actually, the gym room thing is already reserved for Friday, the 25th" "How do you know?" Amanda asks which causes all heads to turn to me. "Um, my sister does gymnastics there so we know when the room is reserved." not a complete lie. She does gymnastics there but she's level 3. They din't find out about the room intill level 5. "Oh okay." Amanda replies clearly disappointed. "Well how about the roller rink. It has a disco ball that shines silver and has a great stero system and a dj booth already set up. The rink holds 2,000 people with enough room for a bunch of space if fully used. That's 2 things already taken care of." I pitch my idea and I see heads shaking yes all around. Brennan starts to pertake in our conversation. "Well that's one thing taken care of. What about the theme. That's very important for prom." "Well, how about harry potter?" One guy asks which receives yes for 2 other guys before Lillia says "No way. Prom needs to be romantic not about a wizard." everyone else agree's even Brennan. "I love Harry Potter and all but prom is supposed to make a amazing night happen for everyone." I write down something and pass it to the guy who suggested HArry Potter without anyone noticing. He looks at me and smiles and nods his head yes. I return the smile and Mr. Mcurtin starts talking. "Okay so everyone needs to meet up at the roller rink this Saturday." Instantly my hand shoots up. "Yes Annie??" He asks me. "I don't have to go do I?" I ask him and his returns my smile with a shaking head. "Okay" I say drooping my shoulders. I have practice on Saturday. The bell rings and I walk out to go to my locker. I feel someone touch my shoulder I turn around to see Brennan. "Hey would you like a ride Saturday? To the roller rink?" He asks scratching the back of his neck
