As I got up from the ground, I looked at my watch to see what time it is. It was time to get in the classrooms. I ran to the middle of the campus where everyone would be after they got in the school and nobody was there. Everyone was already in their classrooms! This was a bad first impression for this school. I took out my schedule and it said to go to English first, which is room number 108. I went into the classroom and, like every time I was late to school, everyone stared back at me. "This is your first day here, Mr...." she took a second to look at her attendance sheet. "Jax, is it?" "Yep. My name is Jax Westwork." I looked around and everyone was still looking at me. "Being late isn't a good first impression, you know that, right?" The teacher said. "Yeah, I know, As a matter of fact, I said it wouldn't running in here. I was just busy getting almost beaten to death outside the building by a guy that goes by Jason." Everybody in the class gasped. "How dare you try and blame an A+ student?!" I was baffled. "I'm sorry, what? He just beat me to death with his feet!" Suddenly he walked in right behind me, still wheezing. "He...threw...me...against...the...wall..." I turned around and looked at him. I looked back at the teacher. "He's faking the wheezing, teacher. I know he..." "go to the office! NOW! Both of you!" My teacher was pissed. I was guessing she didn't have a good day. Jason and I walked out of the class with our heads down and trembled down to the principle's office. We walked into the office and the principle, Mr. Jimmy, was sitting at his desk, waiting for us. It was scary, to say the least. "Sit. We have a lot to discuss. And Jason, stop Wheezing. It's been like 10 minutes. You're ok." Jason stopped wheezing, but kept his hurt expression. I took the first chance to speak. "Listen, principle, if I told you what really happened, you wouldn't believe me." He looked at me and leaned in, invading my personal bubble. "Try me." I went on to tell him what happened, time traveler and all, and after I gave him everything I know, he sat in silence. "Interesting. So, this "time traveler" claimed to be you from a few months into the future?" "Yeah," I said, with confidence. "I think I know just the group for you to talk to. come with me." I got up out of the chair and started following Mr. Jimmy. "So, you're just gonna leave me here?! Can I at least go to the nurse," I heard Jason yell from the office. "What's the nurse gonna do? Give you an ice pack? Give you a little band-aid?" I was dying inside. This was the first teacher I ever knew to know about the nurses and how they treat the students. Jason groaned in the office as I shut the door behind me. As it took me 3 hours to explain the whole thing due to Jason interrupting me every 5 minutes, it was lunch time for us. I followed Mr. Jimmy into the cafeteria and to a table with three other kids. "Jax meet John, Kate, and Lily. John, Kate, Lily, meet Jax." They looked at me with a blank expression on their face. "when it comes, we are all dead," said John. The principle spoke up. "Jax, these people have claimed to have been through the same situation you've been through."
