Arriving late for school is already not a good sign.
But in front of Chad? Never a good sign.
"Sorry I am late Mrs.Torres." I went to my seat but the bell rang. It is time for APP Math.
I hurried unit AP Math that I had with Chad and Geralda. Maddie and her other ugly cousin were too stupid for Advanced Placement Prep Math.
I went into the APP room (the lunch room) and I went to take a seat near the wall and waited this girl I met named Julianne Reed. We only had AP Math together and we could never hang out because she has clubs after school and I can't even be seen around the school at 2:50 because of the bullies. Being the girly girl she is, she wore a loose striped blouse that has some fall colors in and some dark skinny jeans and light brown boots. She also curled my hair and pined it back.
But Julianne Reed, the caring and pretty and smart and sarcastic and stylish Math partner was talking to Chad.
Oh yippy-skippy. That was something I really needed after my phone was confiscated. And she KNOWS i am obssesd with him.
"Thanks Chad."
"No problem Jules."
"Come sit with us."
Chad took the spot Julissa usually takes, which is next to me. He put his bag in between though. Julissa sat across from Chad and put her bag to the wall side. I guess it is just the three if us now.
"Um. Hi......... you." He said as he dug in his bag. He didn't know my name. That hurts.
"Chad? No Chad,just no. How can you forget your girlfriend, Jenna DiBlazi....."
"Jules what are you saying....." I got nervous because I told Julissa I liked Chad. Good things she thinks she is ugly. I mean, that is a but rude but she doesn't like him so that's good.
"It's ok. She thinks I like you so she says that a lot. But I like Jules." Chad replied and gave me a smile.
Harsh.
And it's only the first day back from mid-winter break.
"Oh yeah Jen, I have your cell. Wanna hang out today. Get a yougrt or something. Then go to my house."
OMG!! DID CHAD NAPLES ASKED ME OUT TO SOME FROZEN YOUGURT!

I kept smiling until he pinches my check softly.
"Dude. Really?" I laughed. Julissa and Chad laughed along.
"Oh yeah and here is your cell phone. I had to fight my ugly cousin to get it. I added my contact and my number to it by the way. And I kinda selfie centraled your Camera Roll and made an albums named after me. And I texted your mom that you had to join a "club" after school. I mean, I could of told her the truth but *puts his arm on my shoulder* your mom doesn't seem like the mom who likes boys. But anyways *takes arm off should* Your welcome boo." He gave me a wink and handed me my phone.
Sexier words couldn't if been said.

Yeah, for some reason Dance A$$ was playing in my mind but I realized that is was my phone! My mom was playing.
"What kinds of ringtone your your mother is that Jen......" Chad moved his backpack to let me go as I silenced my phone and went to the bathroom.
"Hello? Mom? "
"Yes Jen. What club are you rating for because I got your text. And when should I pick you up."
"Recycling. And 4:00. But I was going to go with Julissa. You know Julissia right?"
"Yes. She seems very nice. Just ran into her father at the maker and helped me with buying fish. Stay there for as long as you like and they can drop you home. I think I am going out today."
"Ok." I smiled. I can stay at Chad's for as long as I like!!
"Bye honey ily. And no sex with boys"
"Ok mom bye." I hanged up and screamed. I was soooo happy I can spend a day at Chad's.
"CH-" before I even finished the bathroom door banged open and a random girl saw me and steppe up too me.
"CHAS IS MINE. Fat girl."
"Must be taking 'bout yourself chubby."
"Watch it white girl. I can slap you...."
"Then do it." I smirked. She looks 2 grades younger than me and dresses like she is all that. I really wanna see what she can do.
She went up to me, and took her had up, but I threw her agains the door.
"Bitch nigger whatchu gonna do." I said as I closed me phone, put it in my pocket and ran out and back to the people who were real to me.
And boring APP Math class.
Chad was waiting for me though, smiling and laughing with Jules.
This is how life is suppose to be. Happiness, not fear
