I wake up with the dreadingly awful feeling of having to go to school. I hate school. School is a place of socially ranked students, if you are at the bottom expect some suffering for it. I extend my arm to my nightstand. Desperately needing to turn off my loud and annoying alarm, blaring in my ear. I look outside the window and notice it's pouring.
" just my luck, I hate Mondays." I stand up and put on my dark gray hoodie with some black leggings and my black rain boots. My hair is down to my waist which annoys me yet I dont have the heart to cut it. I just put it up putting it in a messy bun. I headed down stairs cautiously, in order to not wake my sleeping father. I headed to the kitchen to make myself a cream cheese and peanut butter bagel, with a tall glass of milk. I sat in the kitchen table, wondering if the weather was going to clear or if I had to run in the rain again. I have an umbrella but I left it in my third period class, someone ended up stealing it. I finished my breakfast and headed to my room to brush my teeth. I had to slowly creep through the hallway again, when I got to my room I went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth.

when I stepped out I grabbed my backpack and was going to head out but I saw my neighbor Cylus. From my window, I had a clear view of my neighbors drive way and front porch. I had a really big crush on him ever since we were in little league together. I try to avoid him as much as possible, I don't want to be reminded of those days. I saw him leave tall and handsome, he had all the girls falling over him. I don't bother speaking to him anymore. Once he left I decided to leave. My dad was about to wake up so I decided to leave now. I stepped to my front porch cold and tired. School was about 4 miles away and I had a free first period so I had a little bit of leeway. I walked through the rain and I was definitely getting drenched.  When I got to school I looked like someone pushed me in the pool. I had my hood over my head like always and walked through the halls to get to my locker. It was 8:20 I had 35 minutes until my next class started so I headed to the bathroom to try and dry up a little. I balled up almost 50 paper towels and I wasn't even partly dry.

When that whole dilemma ended I headed to the library. I sat all the way in the back of the second story, where they had the oldest books no one liked to read. The library was two stories and no one headed to the second story it was really quiet and secluded. In order to get to the second story you had to pass the massive maze of book shelves and finally on the corner of the library the old stairs stood there. The stairs blended in the background and they looked old and about to crumble. Maybe that's why no one wants to go up those stairs, it was to my benefit. They had a vast array of classical books, dictionaries, thesauruses and historical books. I had read some of the books and they weren't half bad in my opinion and honestly I mostly liked the seclusion. I didn't have to worry about someone going up to the second story, no one ever comes up to the second story not even the teachers. I like to call that section of the library my special place and I sat there waiting for the bell to ring. soaking wet, I sat on the table looking out the window just dreading my next class.

I have almost all my classes with Cylus and his dumb girlfriend. When I heard the bell rang I headed to class, when I walked in I sat in the back with my hoodie on, just my daily routine. Excepts this time we had a sub. The whole class went crazy with excitement. Having a sub meant you can do whatever you want without getting in trouble, as long as you're not too loud of course. The sub started to take role and told us we were going to have a partner project due in 3 months. He stated that our teacher wanted us to research a famous poet and teach the class about him. I liked this project because I had a couple of poets already in mind. The whole class wined and were starting to pair up.                                                                                                                   "EXCUSE ME ! I AM STILL SPEAKING, QUITE! Alright!...hum! as I was saying, you must research a poet and your teacher has already paired you up, so there is no use of finding a partner!" "EXCUSE ME !! I'M SPEAKING SIR! Do you know who we are being paired with?" said the annoying Chloe                                                                                                                                                                    " I do, I'll just tell you who will be paired together in a moment" He droned on and I was just reading a book I picked up from the library A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens. I was infatuated by this book, I loved it. Charles Dickens was one of my favorite authors and this book had to be one of my favorites as well.
