Ink smiled as he drew in his sketch book, the only sound that filled the air was a small scratch of a pencil on paper. Error just stared from a distance, he was bored and he thought of nothing better to do than annoy Ink. Error smirked as he sent his stings out to wrap around the leather-bound sketch book Ink held. Ink didn't notice this until the book was pulled out from under his pencil, leaving a large line across the drawing.
"Error!" Ink squawked angrily.
"WhAt?" Error twirled his index finger around causing the book to spin in the air. Ink growled as he stamped over to Error.
"Give it!" Ink demanded, scowling at Error.
"Nah, I thiNk I'll kEep iT," Error shrugged and just raised his hand above his head. Ink's eye lights turned red and orange with anger as he tried desperately to get to Error's hand. Error laughed as Ink couldn't even manage to reach above his elbow.
"You wAnna tRy haRder ShoRty?" Error grinned.
"I am not short! Stop it and give me my book!" Ink was acting like a toddler who had their favorite toy stolen, a small rainbow blush of fury tinted the artist's skull.
"Geez, yOu on yoUr maN periOd or sOmething?" Error commented. Ink just squinted his eyes at him.
"No! And I'm getting angry so give me my book back!" Ink demanded, even after his previous attempts had failed.
"Oooh nO thE sHorty'S maD," Error mocked, a smug look plastered on his face.
"Do you wanna have a bad time?!" Ink's eye lights were glowing furiously. Error used his other hand to cover his mouth as to not laugh at Ink's antics. "Don't laugh at me!" Ink's shoulders slumped as he had thought he was intimidating.
"You'Re liKe a liTtle sKittle," Error spoke as he tried to suppress another laugh.
"I-I'm not a skittle!" Ink's rainbow tint only deepened at this. "I-I'm going back to my spot!" Ink declared as he walked off. Error waited until Ink was far enough away before he lowered his hand, the book landing softly in his hands. Error glanced up at Ink before he started to flip through the pages, tons of AUs filled the paper, each was crammed next to the other, taking up every inch of the odd white surface. Eventually Error reached the page Ink had been drawing on before he stole it, it was a sketchy outline of.. him? Although now it was ruined by the large black streak from under one of the eye sockets to the top of the page. Error looked up to see Ink right in front of him.
"Ah!" Error exclaimed as he jumped back, the book gripped tightly in one of his multi-colored hands. Ink lunged at him, knocking them both to the floor and while Error was dazed Ink snatched away his sketchbook. He dashed off as Error just sat on the floor, still slightly confused.
"I win!" Ink called back to Error as he ran. Error smirked, a challenge then? Error held his hands in front of him, sending out strings that wrapped easily around the small artist's form. Error teleported in front of Ink and grinned.
"NoPe I wiN," Error said smugly.
"Error!" Ink screamed angrily. Error just laughed as Ink tried desperately to get out of his tight bonds. Eventually this started to bore Error and he dropped the tiny artist on the floor.
"I wiN," Error said as he looked down at Ink.
"No, I win!" Ink said as he teleported away this time. Error groaned in annoyance as his shoulders slumped. And that's how most days went in the anti-void between these two...
