Even though the two had petty fights and verbal arguments they hadn't actually fought in months. That was of course until Error got a little carried away tormenting an AU.
"hA hA hA!" He laughed and grinned his wicked smile as he picked up UnderLust Sans and flung him about like a rag doll. The sexy skeleton cursed loudly at Error and flipped him off. This only stirred more laughter in the wicked skeleton. "YoU're sO funNy," Error said as he spun Lust in the air with a twirl of his finger. This continued for some time, UnderLust Papyrus screaming at Error the whole time for him to put Lust down.
Eventually Ink noticed that Error had left and pursued him, gaping at what he saw when he arrived in UnderLust.
"Error!!" He yelled, his hands on his hips and one eye light turning into a red target.
"Hm? Oh! HeY sHorTy!" Error shot a smirk at Ink over his shoulder, the other glared at him.
"What do you think you're doing?!" Ink was infuriated, he thought Error had stopped doing things like this.
"I'm jUst haVing a biT of fUn," he said nonchalantly.
"This isn't harmless fun Error!!" The way he spat Error's name made him wince inside. Ink gasped. "Error stop! You're hurting him!"
"hMm?" Error turned back to Lust to realize his strings had started to crush him, his health had started to deplete. "oH," he let go of Lust, dropping him to the ground with a plop. UnderLust Papyrus rushed over to Lust, quickly leaving and taking his brother with him. "whOops," Error chuckled and Ink growled.
"Why do you torment them like this?!" Ink asked loudly.
"'CauSe thEy're fUnny whEn tHey scReam," he grinned sadistically, sending a shiver down Ink's spine.
"I thought you were done hurting AUs!" He exclaimed.
"I nEver saId I'd eVer stOp," Error looked at his fingers, his expression filled with boredom.
"I should've know," he mumbled, then seemed to gain confidence. "I refuse to let this slide!" He paused. "I won't have you harming them anymore!" Ink took his paintbrush off his back and spun it around before slamming the wooden end down on the ground. As it hit the ground a battle started, the backdrop of UnderLust blanketed by darkness. Cheery and glitched megalovania played loudly across the battlefield in a clashed chorus.
"ShoRty whAt aRe yoU doIng? I knOw you dOn't reAlly waNt to fiGht," Error said, his tone oddly soft for a skeleton who caused mass destruction.
"I'll fight if it means you stop hurting my creations!" He said before launching himself at Error, his brush covered in orange paint. Error narrowly avoided the attack, it had caught him off guard for once. The destroyer growled and summoned his strings, sending them after Ink. His strings wrapped around Ink's left forearm and when he thought he had gotten an advantage Ink grabbed the strings and yanked Error towards him. Error yelped and stumbled, almost falling. Ink laughed and whacked Error with his paint covered brush.
"WhAt's tHis oNe suPposed to dO-" Error was cut off by his own scream, it turned out orange paint was like acid. "WhAt ThE FUcK InK?!" He yelled, clawing at his bones where the paint remained.
"Oh no! I'm sorry! I got carried away!" Ink said frantically. "I didn't mean to use that one!" He grabbed a bottle of dark blue paint off his sash and rushed over to Error, their battle had dissipated and the music had faded. "Hold still! This'll help!" Ink waited for Error to calm down a bit then poured the dark blue liquid over him. It cancelled out the orange paint's affect and Error seemed alright, although he was giving Ink a death glare. "Sorry about that," Ink sighed. Error huffed and recomposed himself the best he could, despite being drenched in paint.
"I gUess you kInda gOt youR poInt acRoss," he pauses. "I'll trY to sTop meSsing wiTh AUs," he said, and it soundly fairly sincere. This was completely unlike the destroyer but Ink didn't seem to care.
"Really??" Ink smiled and beamed. "That's great!" He said cheerfully. Error sighed but gave Ink a smile.
"I'll bE in tHe anTi-void if yOu nEed me," Error said and mumbled something about stains before he ripped open the fabric of space and time an hopped through, the rift closing as soon as it opened. Ink smiled to himself.
"Hopefully everything will be at least a little better now," he said.*bonus drawing of anger inku included
