Cyn and King had just come back from the mall. We tucked King into bed and now we are sitting at the kitchen table talking. It was going good until Cyn asked to have King every other weekend.

"What?"

"I was hoping you would let me get King every other weekend. I know it's too much to as-

"You think."

"I know it's a lot but I really want this and I King does too because he told me to ask you."

I sat back and thought about this. I know King and Cyn love eachother but I don't know if I would be willing to give King away every other weekend. I barely like letting him go to Raul's.

"How would that work Cyn you live all the way in New York."

"I could fly back and forth to get him."

"That's doing way too much."

"Do you think that we can fly him out by himself?"

"Are you crazy! Do you know it's a lot of crazy people in this world. I am not about to put my son on a plane for 5 hours."

"Erica relax.. I just asked a question. Please just think about it."

"I will think about it but it's highly unlikely. You can let yourself out."

I got up from the table and went upstairs to my room, laying down in my bed.

"Jazzy Cynthia left what happened?" My mom asked walking into my room sitting on my bed.

"She wants King every other weekend."

"Okay what's wrong with that?"

"A lot is wrong with that she lives all the way in New York. I don't mind her coming down here to see King but he is not going down there with her. She left him for two years and now she wanna come back asking to take him for weekends. I think not." I said rolling my eyes.

"Erica now don't you do that. You know the reason why she left. She was leaving you but she left King in the process."

"I don't care if she was leaving me if she loved King that much she still would have contacted him."

"Is this about King or you just don't want King around Cyn's new boyfriend."

I kept quiet and she chuckled at me.

"I already knew what it was but Erica like I said before if you want Cynthia then go get her."

"I tried she just wants to be friends."

"Yeah well see how much longer that lasts."

She walked out the room and I sat and thought about if I should let Cyn get King every other weekend.

"Mommy wake up." King said jumping on my bed.

"King... what?" I said groaning putting my head further in my pillow.

"It's time to get up its 9:30."

"Go wake up nana."

"I did she made breakfast and wants you up."

"Give me a minute."

"Okay."

He walked out of my room and I laid there for a few more mintues. I looked at my phone to see if I had any missed calls.
