Be like survivors. The people who have come out of a bullying experience and are proud of themselves. They are brave and strong and have every right to be proud.
I have deleted every embarrassing picture I own, even family photos gone wrong. Every picture that could be classed as embarrassing has been deleted. This is because I know that if I fell out with those people, there is a chance that those pictures could be used against them. And in my year at school, that is so much more likely than it sounds. I have also been trying to watch what I say to people because a comment that I make jokingly could be taken a completely different way.
I recommend people doing the same as me and even such small actions could change the way a person thinks or feels about their life and themselves.
