The Immortals That Roam The Earth

Vampire Immortal or..?

"Vampire Immortal or like Rawr imma eat you!" I honestly don't know if this guy is serious.

"No stop! This is serious. Why do you think I'm talking to you about this." His brown eyes looked sad. Like he's almost gonna cry.

"Okay well what kind of "monster" thing?"

"Bees." He whispered.

"Bees?! Hun, the only thing bees can really do to you is sting y'all."

"No." Brevyn leans in close to me this time. "Beasts."

"Beasts? What kind?" I'm very intrigued.

"There are regular humans who have been turned into these so called beasts. And the one I'm chasing is a criminal, the one that attacked you, he's a beast too." Brevyn gets up from my bed. Well the hospital's bed and exits.

So beasts are real. That's sick! They roam around earth and some of them are criminals, aka bad guys. My thoughts about this are all messed up but luckily someone who I love walks in.

"Hey girly. Are you okay?" Camryn says. But in her eyes looks like she could cry. "I'm so sorry I wasn't there with you I mean if I was there then we would be both close to death but still... OMGAWSH I'm sorry."

I laugh at Camryn. She is one unique person. One who makes you laugh in so many ways possible.

"It's okay Camryn. And I'm fine. I had surgery in the chest so I'm healing right now." I give a smile just to reassure her.

Camryn smiles back. "You should rest." She puts her hand on my knee.

I nod. And wave bye. Camryn leaves.

2:37 pm - Saturday afternoon

"Honey. You're released from the hospital." Says the doctor. "Get your things and call someone to pick you up." She smiles and walks away.

I get my phone out. I dial Camryn. Not my parents, Camryn. Camryn only! And always gonna be Camryn. No parents nothing!

Ri-

"Hello?"

"Hey girly, can you pick me up?"

"Yeah, did they let you out? Oh wait, they probs let you out that's why you are talking me! OMGAWSH I'm sorry! I'll be right there bye! I mean not bye!"

The line clicks. Man she is one unique friend right? :3

20 minutes later

I'm waiting outside right now. It's warm at least cause it's summer. 👌🏼
I see Camryn pull up.

"Heyyyy!" Camryn shouts to me from her car. She gets out of it and hugs me. I hug her back so it wouldn't be an awkward hug. I get in her silver colored car and we drive off. We stop at this café because hospital food may be good but maybe something different for a change. The café's name is, "Café de Margie." MIt's owned by this old couple, the Margie's. And they've been running this business for 38 years.

We walked inside, Camryn leaves her glasses on cause shes silly. And she got a latte. Classic Camryn. Since I have intolerance to the smell of coffee, I don't really drink it. So I just got a hot chocolate to go.

Camryn and I sat in a booth. While we were sipping our drinks I look over and notice someone staring at me. I look closer and see it's Brevyn, in a disguise. Maybe it's not a disguise for me, but for the beast.

I get up from the booth and Camryn immediately asks, "Where you going? I was gonna show you the cute panda video." Her eyes were glowing, she loves animals so much. Especially pandas. 

I get up and I look at Brevyn, he stares at me. I gave him the nod that practically says, "Follow me." Towards the back exit of the café.

I immediately question him, "Why you following me?!"

"I'm not, I'm following the beast."
