Journey to another galaxy

Lift off

"That's great all of you come over to my house tomorrow" joe told them
"I'm in" Sam said
"I'll be there to" Carlos agreed
"Sorry can't go busy" Manolo's said looking down at the floor.
The next day came and Manolo's left his and Carlos's house early that morning to go meet someone. Later that morning the three sam, joe, and Carlos meet up to start working. Joe showed them around and the last room he showed them had everything to do with space there were mini model rockets, mini solar system, maps of outer space, one of the walls was covered in charts of star, the walls were a dark blue with stars in it. The room had so much one could not describe it all finally joe picked up a model rocket and said
" this is the rocket I was thinking we could build but obviously bigger then this". After showing them that room he took them to his backyard. Where they see some of the pieces to build the the same rocket joe was holding in his hand.
" joe when were you going to tell me you are a space nerd" said Sam surprised
"Well I don't know I just told you now right" joe said sorta smiling
"That's true"Sam replied.
"So when are we going to start working
on this and where are the instructions" Carlos ask being really curious.
" I have the instructions and we could start now if we wanted" said joe holding out the instructions for the rocket.
So the all sat down talked about what they were going to start with and after there talk they put on brown gloves and got to work. They all agreed to start on a small prototpe to run some test, but after a while they got some volunteers that specialed in construction, arodinamics, and along with some technicians. Everyday they meet at joes house and built the rocket and stopped building at 8p.m after the test were done on the protype. They all began to work nonstop until the rocket had only a few things to go. The next day came and Manolo's didn't leave the house early in the morning instead he went to joes house and brought over some pieces they needed. So that day he helped them work on the rocket and since they only needed a few more thing s done they stayed all night. UNTILL It was done and then Manolo's quickly ran to his car and grabbed a big bag and came back. In the bag he had pulled out was Space suits which turns out to be why he never came and help them build. Instead he would meet up with some friends he had that went to work for nasa and got their help on the suits. They had been working on them for himself and Carlos he made two extra one for Sam and the other for joe and his space room. The next day came Carlos and Manolo's packed snacks for the trip and went out to a small trip on a program that will test their survival skills for living in space. After years of studying, practicing, and building the group went out for their last full day on earth. After there emotional and fun last day. They went to bed and before they knew it they were hearing...

3, 2, 1, we have a lift off. Just like that they are open an into space they went. While down on earth Sam and joe celebrated and hoped that they would see them again.
