Minhyuk was with his girlfriend, Sorin, shopping. He didn't mind shopping, but sitting outside a dressing room while Sorin tried on endless dresses bored him to no end. He walked around the waiting area, sat down in different chairs, and fidgeted until Sorin came out. Minhyuk shot up out of his chair and looked at his girlfriend with positive anticipation - hoping, hoping -as she sighed.

"I didn't like any of them," she said. "I'm going to go back and get other dresses."

Minhyuk's mood deflated as his hopes proved futile and he looked at Sorin with sadness.

"I know you don't like waiting, so go to the food court. I'll meet you up there when I find a dress."

Sorin took her stack of dresses back to the racks and Minhyuk literally fled to the food court. He liked Sorin and all, but dress shopping with her was a nightmare.

He got to the heart of the mall and decided he needed coffee to wake himself up. Minhyuk walked to the bubble tea place and ordered a coffee with tapioca before moving to the side for the next person to order.

"Large taro bubble tea," a familiar voice rang in Minhyuk's ear.

Minhyuk looked up and saw a girl with dark blue hair. She looked eerily familiar and Minhyuk couldn't put his finger on it. Did she once date one of his friends? Was she one of Sorin's friends? It didn't seem right, but he kept trying to justify the spark of familiarity with increasingly far-fetched explanations.

The girl finished her order and almost bumped into Minhyuk as she stood to the side for her tea.

"One coffee with tapioca!" an employee called.

Minhyuk got his bubble tea and took one sip when he realized who she was with a jolt.

"Excuse me?" Minhyuk tried to get the girl's attention. "Wasn't your hair red?" Minhyuk asked with furrowed eyebrows.

Way to not be awkward, Minhyuk.

"No," the girl responded dismissively; her tone established one thing: she did not want to talk to a crazy stranger.

"One large Taro Bubble tea!" the employee called.

The girl turned her back to Minhyuk and took her tea. She was going to leave, but Minhyuk wouldn't let her. He couldn't.

"But when I met you—"

"When did we meet?" the girl snapped.

"You remember that one time you dropped the milk bottle and it almost killed me? You told me your name was Jiyeon?" Minhyuk asked.

"My name is Jiyeon, but how do you know that? Are you a stalker?" Jiyeon questioned.

"I'm not a stalker! We've met before, I swear!" Minhyuk was exasperated.

"Listen bud, you have ten seconds to get out of my face before I call the police and report you for stalking me. One, two," Jiyeon started counting.

Minhyuk held up his hand and coffee in surrender before taking a couple steps back and leaving.

"But," he whispered to himself, voice as lost as he felt.

"Haven't we met before?"
