Diva's POV

(Yes, that is a name XD)

BRING!!!! My alarm clock struck 6:30 AM on a Saturday morning. "NO!" Lydia screamed and threw her squishy pillow, named Dahvie, at the clock. We had no where to go so I don't even know why it was set. "Sorry, I didn't mean for that to go off," I said softly to Lydia as she lay in her bed next to mine. "It just scared me, that's all," she mumbled. "Go back to bed." I rolled over and closed my eyes, willing for sleep to come at least until 10:00. Thankfully, it did, Lydia and I slept until 10:00 exactly before she got up and went over to the blinds. She opened them, squinting at the bright lights. "Hey Diva, you gotta check this out," she said as she glanced out the window. "What is it?" I asked as I shuffled out of bed. I went over to the window and looked outside. The house next door had two cars in the driveway. "I wonder what's going on," I said as I moved away from the window. "Yeah, maybe hot guys will move in," Lydia laughed as she went over to the closet.

Okay, so you're probably wondering a little bit about our life. Lydia and I are both 18 and we live in our own house we bought. And yes, we share a room! We both work at Hottopic in our local mall. Lydia is pretty tall, with green eyes and bright blue hair. I, on the other hand, am short for my age, with blue eyes and red hair. We both like bands, Blood On The Dance Floor included. They are the best! We adore them.

I went over to my side of the closet to pick out my outfit. I got out red skinny jeans with my black Exercise For Bacon shirt and my black combat boots. As Lydia got changed, I did my hair, just pulling it back. Lydia changed into black skinny jeans and put on her Zelda shirt with her purple combat boots. She left her hair down. When we were done, we headed to the kitchen to eat some cereal. When we were finished, I got my guitar and we went outside. The sun was shining and it was warm enough so we didn't need a jacket.

We come out here everyday, sometimes sitting on the porch, or in the big tree in our yard. I started strumming on my guitar, not playing any song in particular. Suddenly, Lydia got up from where we were seated on the porch steps and went inside. She came back a few minutes later with her portable piano. She began to play a tune we both knew by heart: "Redeemer" unplugged by Blood On The Dance Floor. I started playing the tune too and soon, we were both singing along, me singing Jayy's parts and Lydia singing Dahvie's. After that, we sang two more, "Unchained" and "Damaged." We always sing their songs outside. Sometimes, people walk or drive by and smile. But but they never say anything. Their probably thinking, look it's the weird ones again. Not that we care, we just do it for fun.

We stayed there for a while, leaving once to go eat a quick lunch. After lunch, we grabbed our phones and headphones and went in the yard. Just before we were about to climb the tree, the door to the house next door opened. The landlord came out, followed by another man. They shook hands before the man got in his car and drove away. Our landlord, Jeff, looked over at us. "You girls better not mess this one up, the guys who are moving here need to be left alone," he snarled before driving away too. "What the balls was that about man," Lydia said

as I helped her into the tree. "I don't know what that was about, maybe celebrities will move in," I laughed as we climbed to the top branches. I forgot to mention, we live in San Diego, CA. The thought that a celebrity might move in next door brought a smile to my face. Maybe Jayy and Dahvie will move in. Maybe.
