INSTRUCTOR;
1. Be committed to providing and setting the best possible professional service; defining standards and ensuring that the service is regularly monitored and adapted and is flexible to meet the changing needs of the academic environment.
2. Be committed to the career and personal development, motivation and leadership to ensuring they all have agreed personal development plans; build teams and promote teamwork; and ensure integrity and inclusiveness in supporting the College values.
3. Have an understanding and influence on Faculty issues and of the importance of team work and mutual respect; be willing to support colleagues by undertaking tasks outside your normal role where necessary; show a commitment to personal and team development.
4. Image of yourself and your team.
FACILITATOR;
1. Support students and teammates with personal care, therapy, social and educational activities, making this a unique and interesting career choice with no dull moments!
2. Able to use their initiative.
3. Being enthusiastic, professional and hardworking is essential as well as being able to demonstrate a positive attitude.
4. Under the supervision of instructors.
5. Work together with the instructor to brighten your faculty.
STAFF REGULATIONS ;
1. Be polite and no insulting words !
2. Be active and reply to each comments as possible !
3. Put your faculty sash on your icon or put #AnimeCollege on your bio !
4. Be responsible !
5. Done your work on time !
6. Respect each other !
7. No bullying or disrespect other faculty !
8. Put your nickname at the end of your sentence !
9. Do not accept any new staffs without founder permission !
10. If you want to leave, please inform the founder first !
11. Don't forget to have fun !
