The longer I stare at the sun the more I want to stay.
"Maybe you could come with us instead?" I hear a voice say in the distance.
"You know I'd love to but moving around from job to job with you and dad isn't a stable environment for me to get an education." I turn around with a smirk and she knows there is no changing my mind.
"Your uncle is a very nice man, but still if you have any problems I'm just a phone call away."
"What else are mothers for? Haha."
Moving was more of my decision than there's.As I got on the bus to go to La Pointe, Wisc. Population: 309. Small town, Small school. It's the middle of the semester, a strange time to transfer but to be fair this is a strange place. Coming from a sunny area people except me to have sun kissed skin with naturally perfect golden locks. My hair is below the shoulders naturally waved and dark brown almost black. My skin is pale and my eyes are a medium colour blue. I' m around 5'8 and regular weight. I fit in the crowd.
I got off the bus to see a young man standing before me, holding a sign that said my name.
"Grace Winslow". He was tall, pale, he looked annoyed and yet he is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen.
