2.School🙄☹️mean girls😡🙅🏼and fainting😨🕷

Mandy's POV
"MANDY, WAKE UP, YOU'RE LATE!" Yelled my little sister in my ear,
"What happened to my alarm?" I grumble, sitting up.
"I closed it for you. You said it's annoying, so I closed it." She smiles sweetly at me. I groan and tell her not to do it again. I check the time. 7:45???!! I have  FIFTEEN MINUTES ONLY to get ready, eat AND walk to school. Thanks a lot, lil sis. I quickly go in the washroom, change and apply natural make up. I grab a granola bar and fast walk to school. I surprisingly reached 5 minutes early. I go into class and immediately bump into someone. A boy. He had hazel eyes and brown hair.
"Oh, I'm so sorry!" I apologise and reach down to pick my books.
He smiles."it's okay." He reaches down to pick up my books for me and our hands touch. I feel sparks and I pull away and blush. He picks my books up and hands them to me.
"Be careful." He says and walks to his seat.
He points at a seat next to him, and motions me to sit there. I nod and dump my bag on the seat. As soon as I sit down, a girl glares at me from the other side of the room. Um, did I do something?
The teacher takes the attendance and calls me to the front of the class.
"We have a new student. Mandy Miller. Would you like to say something about yourself?"
I wanted to say no, but I knew I had to say something.
"Uh, well I'm Mandy. I moved here from Texas because I'm entering the National Dance Championships. I do ballet and I'm a figure skater. I uh, started learning ballet when I was 6, and I speak Spanish, English and a little bit of French." I say quite fast. The class gaped at me when I said the part about ballet, figure skating and the championship but I'm used to it.
I hear someone whisper 'show off' but I shrug it off.
I go back to my seat and stare at my hands. I can feel everyone's eyes burning into my face. Even the teacher. I get annoyed and kind of snap," I am a normal teenager. I do other stuff too. I'm not some abnormal talented genius!"
Everyone immediately looks away except for the boy. He smiles at me warmly and whispers,"You look cute when you're annoyed."
I blush and look away.
"I'm Harvey. Harvey Mills. Do you wanna be my friend?" He whispers again.
I nod. He smiles and listens to the teacher.
*skip to lunch*
I was walking with Harvey to lunch when a girl approached me.
"Hey there. Mandy, right? Can I talk to you?" She asks sweetly.
I glance at Harvey and he shrugs. I give him an apologetic look and say,"Um yeah, sure."
"Come with me," The girl says. "I'm Jessica. You can call me Jess. Only my friends call me Jess so your lucky your my friend."
I nod and follow her. She walks to a table which already had two girls. Jessica sits down.
"Have a seat," says the girl in the middle. "I'm Veronica. Some idiots call me Vans. You guys call me Roni (pronounced as Ronnie). That's Bianca. Now, we have to talk to you."(anyone else notice their names end with 'ca'?)
I sit down and put my tray on the table. I see Harvey wave at me and I smile back.
"Tell us your likes and dislikes." Smiles Jessica.
"Well I like basketball, football and reading. I like tumblr stuff. I do ballet and figure skating. I hate insects especially spiders. I dislike biology and I also don't like mean stuff."
"We want to invite you to sit with us. And we don't do this often. We are the most popular girls in school. Being with us, everyone will notice you and admire you. You will be praised and popular. Even teachers will notice you. But I want something in return. In return, you have to make a boy called Harvey Mills like me again."Veronica smirks.

"Again?" I blurt out.
"Yes. Again." She smirks."He used to like me some time back. But I didn't like him. He was a nerd, but then he changed. Because of me."
"Um, thanks, but no. I don't try to control people's lives and lie about other people's personalities. " I stand up.
"You will regret it." Veronica stands up. Everyone's eyes are on us.
"I can bite like a shark when I feel like it." She smirks and her eyes gleam menacingly.
"Well, better polish your teeth then. You have to look pitch perfect, don't you?" I snap and start walking.
"You. Will. Regret. You. Ever. Said. That." Veronica growls.
I ignore her and walk to Harvey's table.
"Woah, what was that? We didn't hear anything but she looked angry!" Harvey exclaims.
"She wanted me to be friends with her. I said no." I say calmly.
"Thank goodness, you didn't say yes! She made everyone sign this poster that I was the most unpopular person in the school and she spread a rumour that she 'changed' me to cool. As if!"
"She did what?!!" I almost choked.
"It's okay." Harvey smiles. "It wasn't that much of a big deal. Except some people hated me."
I still feel bad for him. I nod. We talk some more. The bell rings and we head for class. Biology. Ew.
Great. I get paired in a group with Veronica. And Jessica. Thank god, Harvey's also there. We have to draw the parts of a tarantula. And write the functions. Ewww tarantulas. I hate them. I hope I can write the functions . I don't want to look at and draw a tarantula.
"Hey Mandy, why don't you draw? I saw your sketchbook during lunch when it fell out of your bag. You draw really good." Harvey smiles at me.
Great. This just gets better.(sarcasm)
I take out my pencil box and take some paper.
"Uh, I need a picture of a tarantula. " I say.
"Don't worry. I'll take care of it. Jess, come with me!" Veronica smirked.
That girl always has a mean look on her face.
We waited for them to come back. Jessica came first, then Veronica. She was holding some weird jar in her hand.
"Where's the picture?" I ask her.
"Oh, we thought since you are such a great artist we should ask the teacher for something else. Not a picture. We got you a real model!" Veronica says smirking. She opens the jar and dumps the live tarantula in my hands. I scream as loudly as I can and then everything goes black.
