(Tyler's perspective)
"Honey, my friend will be here soon, please help me set the table "
my mom said, as she brushed her brown hair out of her face. I could tell she was tired after cooking a huge meal. You could barely recognize our wooden table from the amount of food on it. Sometimes my mom goes over the top for guests.
"Ok mom" I said as I grabbed the forks/spoons/and knives from the glass drawer. As soon As I did, there was a knock at the door.
The door opened...
"Hello Rayleigh , thank you for inviting us over" my moms friend said to my mom.
"Us?" I questioned
"Oh Tyler, I'm sorry I forgot to tell you that Belle has a son, his name is Josh. You two are the same age. Now where are my manners, come in!" My mom said with excitement
I was still grabbing the last fork out of the drawer when he walked in. His head was looking down, his pink cotton candy hair bouncing. He looked up at me.
"Hi I'm Josh" he said
"Sick,I'm Tyler" I replied.
As he turned to look at his phone I saw his jawline wow it was flawless, I realized I completely dazed off and the fork cut my finger
"OW" I screamed
"Tyler honey are you ok, do you need me to help you clean up that cut" my mom questioned
"I'm fine mom" I said . My cheeked turned a red color as I blushed clearly embarrassed by my mom babying me.
Josh looked up at me and smirked, "what was distracting you" he questioned
Could he see me staring, oh wow. 3 minutes into dinner and I already embarrassed myself.
