Making Friends

  For some, making friends is as easy as adding 1+1. A few smiles,idle chit chat and a lot of "you too?"'s dancing on their tongues as they read each other's permitted information written on their skins while the self-doubt that flutters in the pit of the stomach disintegrates ...
Yet, for some,it is a complex equation harboring imaginary numbers where y equals an x they don't want to bump into and an i they don't want to square ...They try to find the courage to answer a question that already passed by  but they stay quite; their lips holding semi moons  trying to keep gravity in check...All they need is a little push... An extra + reinforced with warmth, knowing that they matter... Knowing that they too "are"...
