One year later

'It's only been one year since Shiro and Matt and Samuel dissapeared and things have changed , Katie dissapeared as well and Kari finally finished high school with good grades .
And I am still trying to find some proof that Shiro is still alive .
But my job as a science engineer , keeps me pretty busy as well as helping Kari find a job .'

It was two in the morning and am still awake .Just laying on my bed as I stared at my phone with two unread messages and one missed call from My boss 'Great that's just Great' I thought.As I read the two unread messages from .....Yuna ?? ( Mari other best friend)

(M for Mari (Y for Yuna)

Y:Hey , Mari we need to talk.

Y:Mari!? I need u meet me at the park in the morning .

M: So why do u need me for .

I texted back waiting for a reply.

Y:Something u see just come k ?

M:Fine .....

Y:Thanks .

I turned off my phone and drifted to sleep .

Time skip to the morning ~~~~~~~~

As I wake up ,I check my phone , I checked on the time , '10:23'.

'God, I forgot to meet Yuna at the park this morning ' . So I dressed as fast I can . Then I stopped at the mirror and look at myself wearing a purple top with a leather jacket and ripped jeans topped off with some purple converse and I nodded and went out the door .
As I walked to the park , I look around the street and the small shops around the town .
And I finally got to the park and saw Yuna with some other people I probably don't know , I kinda was antisocial after Shiro dissapeared, so people not good .
"Mari, get over here !!" Yuna shouted while waving her hands like crazy and jumping up and down.
"Hey,sorry that I am late , kinda over slept."
Yuna put one of her arms on my shoulder and said "It's okay ...Mari ,I want you to meet my friends "
"Hello , nice to meet you guys " As I waved at them with a smile .
"So this is Cana " Yuna pointed at a lady with short black and brown hair with blue eyes wearing a pink sweater and black leggings and white vans. I waved and then she waved back and smiled "Nice to meet you to Mari !!" She said cheerily."And this is Erza " Yuna pointed at a lady with red hair and black eyes wearing a blue and red jumpsuit with black flats."Hello , it is so nice to finally meet you ...Mari , Yuna talks about you all the time"Erza said and smiled .
So the whole time we were at the park , we talked about how Yuna and I met and how Yuna met her new friends . It was fun making new friends , but I miss my old ones .
After we finished talking , we decided to go eat  some lunch at a Asian restaurant . Yuna , Cana and Erza got their food . Then I ordered so sushi and egg rolls , when I got back from the counter , I sat down with Yuna , Cana and Erza and started eating as I put the food in my mouth I instantly fangirl about how good the sushi was and then took pictures of my food .
After we finished our food ,we went to the mall . (I know so cliché, but don't judge k!?).
"Come on guys hurry up , I want to go to the anime store !!" Yuna shouted behind , were me and Cana and Erza were walking peacefully and calmly. "Okay , we're coming .....wait did you say the anime store!?"I asked/shouted to Yuna.

Time skip (because I can )

After three hours in the mall , I said my goodbyes to Yuna and her friends and left home .
As I walk back home , I thought what it be like if Shiro didn't go on that mission , but I shook off that thought because I was one of the one's to encourage Shiro to go on that mission even if it meant , I might lose my best friend.I open the door and went to my bed and drifted off to sleep.
