"Sarada, Honey. Why don't you sit with Boruto for the flight? I'm sure you'd like to catch up with him." Sakura said, with a proud smile.

Sarada's right eyebrow twitched as she saw the small glint in her mother's eyes, clearly showing that the older woman had other motives.

"Sure, mom." Sarada sighed, glancing at the blonde boy sitting across from her in the waiting area. Sakura grinned, turning to her husband who simply shook his head and tapped her on the forehead.

Several minutes passed and soon they were finally allowed to board the plane, starting their journey back home. As planned, Sarada sat next to her old friend, not even glancing at him. Boruto frowned, Sarada was acting strangely. Like she was hiding something from him. In truth, she was. Sarada was sure that Boruto wouldn't feel the same about her as she felt about him, resulting in her bottling up her feelings. The two ended up spending half of the eighteen hour flight in silence.
