Kara Collins is not what you would call a "typical teenager". She is known as the unnoticed nerd who only has science to rely on. But when Noah Moadan, a irrisistably cute popular boy asks her out, Kara is full of shock. Why would the most popular boy want to date a girl like her? However, when Kara finds out he only asked her out so he can use her to get his science grades up, she finds herself broken with doubt.  He used and shattered her without any care in the world. Noah made Kara unsure of who's worth taking the risk to trust and giving her heart  to. More importantly, he made her question if she is ready to ever give her heart to someone knowing it can get broken in the end.
