Becoming Friends

Fennekin's POV

I trotted on the streets of pokemon. No one wanted me. Nor did I want to be a captured pokemon. I want to be free. I then heard a whimper which caused me to stop. I heard it again. And just to make sure I perked up my ears. I then heard it again.

I trotted into a alleyway. I heard it louder. I practically ran in looking around for someone....or a pokemon. I then saw it. Rust colored fur. Fox Pokemon. I thought. I saw pictures on posters. It showed a Fennekin, a Vulpix, and a Zorua. Sometimes it would show a Fennekin and a Eevee.

I got in my pounce position and walked slowly tords the pokemon. Once I got close enough I noticed it was a Vulpix. I barked and I jumped. It glared at me and I laughed.

"Why would you do that?!" it yelled then yelped and whimpered.

"Are you hurt?" I asked.

It nodded it's head and I smiled. "What's your name?"

"Vulx or Cookie." I giggled when it said cookie.

"I'm Fennekin or Fenn. Here. Take my paw!" I said. It nodded and took my paw. It stood from my support. It wobbled against my body and I smiled.

We wobbled all the way to the place I call home. It's a place for abandoned pokemon. Like Missingo. I trotted in and Vulx limped in. When Audino noticed her she practically ran tords her to help her. That's what I loved about this place. Everyone cared about each other. No matter how they looked, acted, or behaved. If someone was Mad we would calm them down.

I trotted into the nursery. "How's Vulx?" I asked Audino.

"She's doing fine." good. I walked into her room and she was sitting on the bed. I trotted up to her and smiled.

"Hey friend!" at friend she jumped.

"Friend? I've never had a friend before."

"Really?! Well.... welcome to the family friend."

She hugged me ((they rap their tails together ~Kipz)) and I hugged back. She sobbed and I just chuckled.

The Vulpix ((Vulx/Cookie)) is one of my friends. I dedicated it to her.
