Love is Magic

Chapter 10 The Power of Love

I want to say good-bye to Ash, but he wouldn't understand. He would just say that his guaranteed safety isn't worth it without me. "I'm sorry Ash." I whisper underneath my breath, soft tears filing up my eyes. "You ready?" Fluttershy asks, half-caring and half-impatient. I take a deep breath and let it out. "I'm ready." I see the blade come closer towards me, but it never touches my skin. A blurry figure jumps in front of me, its chest badly cut. I look to see that;s it's none other that Ash, using his hoof to try to stop the blood.

"Ash, what were you thinking!" I scream hysterically. "I was thinking of saving your life." he responds wearily.  "You could of died!" I screech. "I'm dying if you haven't noticed." Ash points out, more blood pouring out of his wound. "I'll just use a healing spell, you just sit down." I propose. He weakly nods before siting on the marble floor, in a few seconds the floors start to turn red. "He's going to die because of you." Discord says, pointing at a pain-stricken Ash. "Healing spell." I grumble. Before Discord can make another annoying comment I cast the spell.

I float in the air, my ice blue magical aura encasing Ash. As the wounds start to disappear, my energy and stama decrease. By the time the spell is over, all i can do is lay on the ground and use all my effort to breathe. Ash stands up, rubbing his head. He looks down at his healed wounds in awe. I smile ,"You feeling better?" I ask.

"London." he says, I've never seen him so fearful. "I'm not dying, I hope." I mutter the last part under my breath. "Let me help you up." Ash offers. I take his hoof and lay one arm around his neck. "What can I do to help?" he asks. "Ash, I think I'm going, for good." I  say, silent tears streaming down my eyes. "No, your not. You gave up your life for mine, that's not fair. I'll give it my life again to make you safe." Ash explains.

I notice that Discord's eyes are wide with horror. "No, no, no! You don't really love her that much, right?" Discord inquires in a state of panic. "We do." we both confirm together. Suddenly a bright light pink light encases us, bringing us so close to one another than we blush. I large beam of light comes from my horn and shoots down at Discord. "No!" Discord cries.

As soon as we touch the ground I heavily embrace Ash. "I love you!" I scream. "Look at what's on your head." Ash commands. I look up to see a sliver crown with ice blue gems on its frame, on top of the crown is a clear gem in the shape of a snowflake. "Cool, it looks like my cutie mark." I respond. "Where's Discord?" he asks. I look behind me, "I think I found him." We gap at a statue that was once a chaotic Discord. "Awesome!" Ash yells.

The world starts to turn to its colorful and orderly self. The pony drones gain color and snap out of there trance. Fluttershy also awakens. "Where am I? The last thing I remember is Discord." Fluttershy exclaims. "He brainwashes you and forced you to marry him. We stopped him with our love." I quickly explain. The elements rush in and hug Fluttershy. They cry of joy.

 Then all the princesses and Shining Armor walk in. while Twilight immediately goes to her friends, the rest walk towards the two of us. "Looks like we have a kind of element." Celestia exclaims. "What do you mean?' I ask. "You see, that crown was made by pure love. It's magic is as powerful as the Elements of Harmony. With the Elements of Love and the Elements of Harmony, we are unstoppable." she explained.

"I love it here, but I have to go home. My family and friends must be worried." I explain. "Of course, thou princess must go home to thou's family!" Luna confirms in the Royal Canterlot voice. "well's walk you to the portal." Cadence offers. "Thank you." I reply. me, ash, the elements, and the princesses all walk to a long hallway with a large purple door at the end.

In the room is a purple mirror on a light blue platform. "We hope to see you again Princess London." Luna says. "Before you go take this spell, it will give you an instant portal to our world." Celestia explains, handing me a scroll. "But I can't use magic in the human world." I point out. "They'll be a small bump on your head that represents your horn. As long as you have a horn, you can use magic." Cadence says. "Goodbye, see you all soon!" I exclaim before going into the portal

I land with a thump in my math room. Everybody stares at me. I hear another thump nearby. "Ash?" I ask. The boy has shaggy dark brown hair, light skin, and aqua blue eyes. "London, where exactly are we?" Ash inquires. "Welcome to the human world my best boyfriend." I answer. Everybody in the room just stares at me. I notice that my crown has become a beautiful necklace. 

"I'll explain later. Friends, this is my boyfriend Ash. Ash, these are my friends." I quickly say. "Where did you get that pretty necklace?" Gigi asks, looking at it in awe. "It's the element of love." I respond. "The element of what now?" she asks ,confused. "Well, it all started when Discord pushed me through.."
