Jack's POV
I drove home as fast as I could, I ran in the door and headed to our room. "Babe are you okay?" She smiled, "y-yeah, I'm fine." I can tell a contraction had just passed, she had pain written all over her face. I called the hospital, "yes this is Jackson Walker, my girlfriend is in labor, we are on our way to the hospital now." "Alright, just keep her calm and tell her to breathe." I hung up and helped her to the car, "we will be there soon okay honey." She was crying in pain and holding her stomach. I held her hand as I drove, "it will be okay snowflake, not much longer." After a few minutes we finally got there and I went to the front desk, "hi. Jackson Walker." The nurse smiled, "I'll get a wheelchair sweetheart." She got up and rolled a wheelchair outside to our car, helping Elsa in it. She rolled Elsa to the maternity ward and helped her lay in a bed, "let me check you okay dear?" The nurse checked her and smiled, "only at 1cm right now. Just rest a while, would you like an epidural for pain?" Elsa nodded, "p-please." I held her hand, "just breathe slow, you'll be okay." About ten hours pass, Elsa is now at 7cm and at her breaking point. I don't blame her, she's been in labor for almost eleven hours now. I held her hand, "just breath through them honey, don't be scared. I'm right here." The contractions kept getting even stronger and Elsa was giving up. I pushed the button for the doctor and nurses, one ran up to Elsa's legs to check her. "You are at ten Elsa, when I tell you to, I want you to lean up and push as hard as you can." Elsa was crying, "I-I can't do this. It h-hurts t-too much." The doctor sighed, "Elsa I know it hurts, but you need to push for me, the first baby is coming now." She leaned up and pushed as hard as she could, screaming. She squeezed my hand a while before finally we both heard a cry, it was our first baby boy. The doctor handed him to a nurse and went back to Elsa, "alright, when you feel it I want you to push again. You're almost done sweetheart." Elsa leaned up and pushed again. About ten minutes pass and another cry is heard, but there's something off about his cries. He sounds like he's wheezing. The nurse took him to the NICU to figure out what was wrong with him, Elsa looked towards the door, wanting him to come back. The doctor handed our first son to Elsa, "here you go Ms. Walker, don't worry, you're other son will be fine, he just has a minor breathing problem." He soon left and it was just me, Elsa, and Jamie in the room.

Elsa's POV
I looked down at Jamie in my arms, he was perfect. Messy platinum blonde hair and blue eyes, he looks just like Jack but with my hair. I looked to the door and sighed, "Jack, will Eli be okay?" He caressed my cheek and smiled before softly pecking my lips, "I'm sure he will sweetheart, his lungs are still adjusting. He will be fine." A nurse came in, "hi Ms. Walker, are you doing okay?" I sighed, "I'm fine. Is Eli okay?" She smiled, "he is fine, we just put oxygen tubes in his nose and he started breathing better." Jack smiled, "good, how long does he have to wear it?" She sighed, "well... the rest of his life. His lungs are a little underdeveloped, but he is fine. Jamie's lungs are somewhat healthy but they don't need extra care like Eli's." I sighed, "how long will he have to stay here?" She smiled, "just overnight, if he does well he can go home with you tomorrow morning." I started to smile, "at least both of my boys are okay." Author: I'm going to skip a few years okay? Um, okay. Why? Because I have an idea for Eli. Oh, go ahead, I want to see what you come up with.

A few years later
Jack's POV
Well, the boys are five years old now and about to turn six. Eli is playing with his toy cars beside Jamie on the floor and smiling, "you get this car Jamie." Jamie smiled, "okay, you have the blue one." Elsa sat next to me on the couch and watched them, "is Eli doing okay?" I smiled, "yeah, he's fine." "Does his tank need to be filled?" I looked to Eli, "how is your air tank buddy?" He smiled, "it's up to here daddy." He pointed to the halfway mark. She smiled, "let's go fill it up so you can play more okay?" She led Eli to his room and hooked up his small tank to his big one, "we will stay here while it fills up okay." He nodded and watched it fill up. After a few minutes it was almost full. "Now mommy?" Elsa sighed, "not yet baby, it still has a little bit to go." Eli looked at his little backpack tank, "mommy, why do I have one but not bubby?" She combed her fingers through his hair, "well, it's because you are special. That little tank helps you breathe better, and when you breathe better you can play better." He smiled, "oh." Eli's tank made a little noise and Elsa unhooked it from the large one, "all filled up. Let's go back to daddy and Jamie." They walked back to the living room and Eli went back to playing with Jamie. I smiled, "he okay?" She sighed, "he asked why he has one, but not Jamie." I looked from Eli to Elsa, "oh. God, I feel so bad Elsa. I feel like it's my fault he has this." She stroked my cheek and smiled, "baby it's not your fault, these things happen sometimes. It's perfectly normal." We kissed and looked at our sons continue playing for an hour. I looked at the clock, it was one in the afternoon, "alright boys, nap time." They put their toys away, "okay daddy."
