It was all black, where am I? Did I really die oh god no no aren't I way too young? From a far distance I could hear people calling my name, but it's all dark and I can not make out who's voice is was.
"Nkanyezi, baby wake up don't do this to me!" I could hear mom crying and screaming from a distance....
But it was still dark
I tried to regain consciousness to open my eyes but I couldn't, I was in a haze.
I opened my eyes, lights piercing on me I started to panic.
"Where is Mom?" I asked as my voice cracked as my throat was pretty dry
Suddenly I was woken up with electric irons, It was the most horrible sensation. Suddenly I saw many lights shining on me. Confusion was the first thing that struck my mind.
"She's back!" I heard a voice say, I still couldn't really make out who it was but it really sounded like Dr Dante.
"Where is Mom?" I asked Dr Dante as my voice cracked as my throat was intensely dry.
" Miss Mzimela, what I need you to do right now is just to relax, we don't need another relapse again" Dr Dante said.
"W-what happened?" I asked faintly.
"After I revealed your test results to you, you blacked out which resulted in us having to resuscitate you" He said with a serious look on his face
"I really don't understand, I'm totally confused, is this blacking out situation going to happen everyday?" I said with a confused look on my face and I was really close to tears.
"Listen Miss Mzimela I need to calm down so we can talk about this." He said looking concern.
"What happens is that every time you panic or  stress out you use up your body's energy at a rapid pace than normal. That is what resulted in you blacking out. In other words you have to limit the possibility of you getting stressed out or worked up." He said.
"I kind of get it now Dr Dante" I said bluntly.
I glanced back at mom who now looked extremely pale.
"Mom are you okay?", I asked as I squeezed her hand.
I'm good my baby", she said swallowing hard.

Just then I felt tears rolling down my cheeks. Was this the end my journey - this journey called life
