"Is everything okay?" Ryan asked her, she nodded moving the brocelli on her plate around before stabbing a small piece with her fork and bringing it slowly to her mouth.

She knew but he didn't know if she knew.

"You're awfully silent tonight love are you-"

"Don't call me love."

"What's wrong? Did something happen at work?"

"No but there's something happening or it happened."She said her voice slowly trailing off. Her mind going almost completely blank.

"Okay, now you just sound crazy."

It was going to hurt, she knew it. And she hoped he did too.He was playing her like a fool, like the idiot blonde she grew up believing she was.

Sometimes she even thought that it worked in her favor. The fact that people never thought twice before just blurting something out around her. Like she'd forget or just plain out wouldn't understand. This one time she hated how this wasn't true.

"Do you love her." Her words were sharp, she didn't try to sugar coat it, and she honestly didn't even want to try.

"What are you talking about." Denial, He continued to eat not even looking up to meet her cold gaze.
