I....I....I..wow she even distracted my thoughts. She was just so.....perfect. Her smile was like the perfect white of angel wings.. and her voice was sweet like honey. Oh and don't even get me started on her eyes.......

I was cut off by a loud, nasally voice.. "Makayla!!!" it said. I looked over. Of course it was Cynthia, and of course she was calling the same girl I was just staring at a few seconds earlier. She walked over and hugged Cynthia. I tried to pretend it was me she was hugging.

"Guys this is my friend Makayla.... Makayla, this is my boyfriend Marty and his friend Chase." "Hey." She said. "What's up." Marty said. Be cool Chase. Don't be weird. I kept saying it to myself.....but then I spoke. "I love you." It slipped out of my mouth. "I mean, hey." I tried to play it off. She gave me this look. I couldn't exactly read what it said but I still mentally slapped myself. Thank God for Marty. He sensed my embarrassment and quickly changed the subject. "Why don't we go to the courtyard? Our gardeners have been working on the landscape and I think it looks pretty cool." He led Cynthia out and Makayla and I . "So um..." I tried to speak to her. "Dont bother. I saw you staring at me."
