Chapter 11

Update time!

Jace's pov-

So apparently Carter, the idiot, placed Bailey in the game as his game piece.

Two things wrong there, one Isaac was very close to Bailey and we all thought Isaac was going to make her his game piece, Carter went behind his back and took her.

Two, Isaac really didn't want Bailey in the game at all because she's his friend.

"I'm talking about Isaac knocking Carter's teeth down his throat" I answered

"Why?!" She asked sitting up in her seat getting very impatient for my answer.

"Carter went behind Isaac's back"

"How?" She asked, I rolled my eyes at her questions now

"just wait and see"

The bell rang and I was first out my seat and first out into the hallway, you never know when Isaac and Carter would run into each-other, I wouldn't wanna miss it.

Bailey followed behind me into the hallway looking down the hall for the face of Carter or Isaac. Which of course weren't anywhere to be seen.. There goes my entertainment for the day!

I left Bailey behind in the crowded hallway, when I bumped into someone.

I looked down at a familiar face, I smiled down at the dark haired girl with bright blue eyes.. Literally her eyes are completely incredible.

"Hey" I greeted her with a cheeky smile, she shyly smiled up at me.

"hi" her voice was very tiny.

"Sorry about bumping into you" I still had ahold of her arms gently from when I thought she was going to fall over when I had walked into her.

"It's fine" she muttered "I'm not going to fall over Jace.." She stated with a smile as I released her.

"Hey, I remember who you are just can't think of the name" I spoke.

"Raven" she laughed, I'm not going to lie she had a pretty cute laugh.

"Oh! Raven! See I knew it started with an R" I yelled, the hallway had cleared out.

"I should probably get to class" she stated with a shy smile.

"Yeah, me too" I agreed "by the way, you look really good today, catch you later.. Raven" I smiled as her cheeks turned a light shade of pink. I then walked passed her to class just as the late bell rang.

So apparently teachers get pissed off when you walk into class 10 minutes late. This is new to me, I mean at least I showed up.

But right now I was sitting in detention.

"Mr. Allen" the teacher spoke with anger, this was the 5th time she had to yell at me because I had my phone out.

"Yes?" I asked with a smirk.

"Get off your phone for the 5th time today" I just chuckle and slip the cell into my pocket

"So how long is this club thing again?" I asked with amusement

"It's not a club it's detention" she hissed at me, I put my hands up in defense then laid my head on the desk until it was time for me to leave. I walked out into the full hallway when I seen Isaac push Carter from down the hall, it was a very tiny glimpse but I saw it.

I started to jog toward the place I seen the two, just as I made my way to them Isaac threw a punch and a crowd surrounded them, I broke through again pushing Isaac away from Carter.
