Dan woke up immediately, he felt his phone buzz and knew it would be Phil. Dan was eighteen, it had been the three years. Dan searched Phil up and saw that he had a YouTube channel. And a twitter account. Dan had been tweeting Phil a lot and sometimes Phil even replied. The first time Dan felt scared, worried, happy and almost every emotion that was possible to feel.
Dan saw that Phil had started a livestream ( idk if it was possible to do livestream in fucking 2009 but idc it goes with the story ) it felt weird everytime he saw Phil, he looked so different but so similar all at once.
Phil said that he was taking questions, Dan immediately had a question that could go wrong. "Fuck it" he mumbled and typed it in.
Phil saw it, "Danisnotonfire, great username by the way, asks, have you ever been in lo-" Phil stops, Dans heart was thumping so hard he was surprised his mum weren't asking what the noise was. "W-well.." Phil had his head down, but there was an obvious blush, "only once..a boy named Dan.." and Phil tried to move on, however the chat was now spamming Phil with questions about him and Dan.
Phil held his hands up in surrender, "okay okay!" Phil said laughing, he then started telling the story about him and Dan.
"A-and he left, but it's okay I understand. I was very possessive of him. But I have changed and now he's eighteen so maybe I could try and find him.. but he might not love me anymore. That's okay I just want him to be happy" and Phil looked straight at the camera. Dan knew he wasn't looking directly at Dan but it felt like it. Like he was looking into Dans soul.
"Dan, if you're watching this. I love you" and Phil started taking more questions like it never happened.
After around an hour, Phil ended the livestream. Dan sighed and quickly tweeted Phil, asking him to message him really quickly.
AmazingPhil: hey, you okay?
Danisnotonfire: I really need to talk to you
Danisnotonfire: in fact I can't believe I'm talking to you right now
AmazingPhil: what do you mean?
Danisnotonfire: you know that question I asked you on the livestream
AmazingPhil: dan?
Danisnotonfire: yeah...
AmazingPhil: we need to talk, did you move out of your mums?
Danisnotonfire: nope
Danisnotonfire: I guess I'll get dressed then
AmazingPhil: I'll be there soon
*few mins later*
Dan heard a knock at this door, he couldn't believe Phil got here this fast. Then again it had been three years since they had spoke face to face.
Dan ripped his door open, Phil looked like he hadn't changed a bit. Phil opened his arms, Dan quickly hugged Phil and they stayed like that for a few minutes. Phil kissed Dans head but he didn't mind. He missed Phil a lot, and now the only thing to do was hope that Phil had changed for the better.
Finally the hug ended and the two boys looked at each other, Phil stared into Dans eyes and said,
"Well hello, Ice Boy"
